Very clean hotel, very convenient location in Kimball Junction near the freeway. Newer construction than most hotels in the Park City area. Great shopping and restaurants and bars steps from the hotel, including a movie theatre. No on site restaurant, but not needed. Hot tubs on patios, suites have full kitchens with ice makers and micro waves and fridges.

We upgraded to the two-bedroom suite for the four of us, and it was well worth it. The room was extremely spacious, with two full bedrooms, a full kitchen, a half-kitchen, a living area, personal hot tub that seated four, and two full bathrooms. Oh and a washer and dryer too. Plenty of storage space and closets, two pull-out sleeper...

We recently stayed in a two bedroom townhouse. Unit was very clean with updated decor and great appliances. Much cheaper than comparable ski hill units, and still only 5 min to park city and 15 to Deer Valley. Very convenient groceries, shops, and restaurants nearby. The kids loved the adjacent Utah State nature preserve. We watched sandhill cranes nesting and...

We loved this resort. It was new and had a modern design and was visually appealing. We loved the duo fireplaces in the lobby and in the room. It was close to a variety of restaurants and had its own ski shop. I will stay there again.

The hotel does say it is near many stores. Well, it's actually right smack in the middle of a retail/commercial park. On the plus side we could walk to the liquor store, grocery store and all the fast food joints. On the Con side, I paid a lot of money for a luxury suite with a deck and private hot...

If you stay at this hotel I recommend staying in one of the suites. Each suite not only has the kitchen amenities, washer and dryer but you have a private hot tub on a good size balcony and a fireplace in the sitting room. There is no room service in the hotel but restaurants very close by as well as...

Booked a suite with private hot tub on deck to make my husbands 40th Birthday special, but couldn't relax or enjoy do to the constant barking of the dog in the next room over, this is not a pet friendly hotel. Called front desk, waited another 20 min listening to this dog, called back and asked to be moved, got...

We are definitely a "no pets" property, but we must comply with service animals (which are not "pets"). And service animals have to comply with nuisance concerns, but based on your feedback, it appears that a guest violated the policy and brought a pet. As for the maintenance requests, we are always inclined to repairs items that arise upon notice....

really enjoyed stay at New Park....right off the main drag from interstate and only 10 minutes to park city. We had a car so could easily get to all the skiing resorts quickly. Ate at a good restaurant - Ghidotti's- in the center (walkable) and good grocery stores (and Walmart) if you need anything. Room was spacious and plenty of...

This was the first time we stayed at Newpark Resort. We were amazed at the spectacular room with Incredible views. The staff was courteous professional and enthusiastic. It was a place that you really felt welcome. The room was impeccably clean and had a spacious balcony with a hot tub with more beautiful views of the mountains. The swimming pool...

It was ok, for a Romance packet I got offered apple juice! So did not get it. I was there for my anniversary. The bathroom was not very clean. I did not have a food menu at the room so I had to go out to Kneaders to buy breakfast and come back to the room. Next day 8am room...
