The hotel has nice amenities, staffing is OK and ski pickup at the lifts if very nice. My problem is that I have a ski season time share. It allows me to use one week every year from January thru March except holidays. Yet every year when I call 11 months in advance (that is the earliest time they let...

This resort is very well located at the bottom of the mountain, you can walk, rent the equipments to ski, buy warmer clothes if you need so and take the funicular. Restaurants are also available very near to the resort. The room we took is really great, kitchen fully equipped, dinning table, living room, luxury bathroom. Excellent maintained, everything is...

This hotel needs to lose it's 4 star rating! There were holes in the sheets, looked like poop on the comforter, someone else's boxers under the bed, etc. The whole hotel is very dirty and looks like it's falling apart. The hotel NEEDS a remodel. The staff seemed like it was their first day working at a hotel. Thank god...

We came back for a second year for two reasons. 1) the location. cannot beat it. 2) Customer service. Bianca, the conceirge, went out of her way to make our visit a good one. She arranged meals, suggested great activities for the kids and even gave our son a stuffed animal after he didn't win in the game room. She...

I stayed a week each at three timeshare properties this winter: The Westgate at Park City, (3*), The Westin Riverfront at Beaver Creek (Avon) (5*), and The Welk Resort at Northstar-at-Tahoe (4.5*). On the plus side of things, The Westgate was absolutely outstanding in all areas (except unit size). The indoor/outdoor pool was heated to a enjoyable bathwater temperature...the most...

Beautiful views, rooms, and service. The beds were comfortable and I loved the fire places in the rooms! The views with the snow was breathtaking. The service was excellent. Everyone was so kind and genuine. Erin was the receptionist who greeted us when we came in and showed us to our room. She was so welcoming! I also met Briana...

Can't beat the location (at the base of the mountain and no more than 100 steps from the gondola). Customer service is outstanding as well (locker room for boots, storage for skis and nearness of rental facility). However, the rooms, hallways, elevators, etc. are a bit tired. Need to make an investment in updating. It's obvious they don't invest a...
