It was a nice room. A really good bed. The facility is nice. Be aware that the pool is much smaller than the photos would lead you to believe. The first morning we did not have hot water but this was corrected within 15 minutes after calling room service. Then again only tepid water for a shower on the morning...

Thank you for your review and feedback on the amenities. It can take the hot water a little time circulate to the ends of the buildings on a sold out weekend like 4th of July as a large number of rooms are using hot water at the same time. I apologize for the inconvenience. I am pleased to see you...

Me and my wife booked this room for 4th of July getaway. It is a nice property with very tiny rooms. The room has a microwave and fridge, but I wouldn't call a kitchenett. At the check-in the most helpfull person was the guy at the desk. The other gall was not helpfull at all or was not even trying...

Dear Juraj M, Thank you for your review. I apologize that your recent experience did not meet your expectations. We have several additional room types that offer full kitchens and larger floor plans available. I believe you would have enjoyed a Studio or 1 Bedroom. As it was a busy holiday weekend, we were unable to honor more than a...

My family -- 2 adults, 3 children -- stayed at the Sundial from 6/27-6/30. We had a 2-room suite, which was perfect. My husband and I shared the large king master suite with sitting area, while my children stayed on the other "side" with the full den/living room and bedroom. It was so nice having space in which to spread...

Our party of four adults stayed in a two bedroom condo for 4 nights in March this year. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the condo and furnishings. The concierge staff were always most helpful and nothing was too much trouble - they were happy to recommend and book restaurants and taxis. Likewise the ski valet service was...

I stayed here three nights in June while attending a conference. The rooms are small, but have a small kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave and a reasonable assortment of cooking equipment. There's a small store in the resort where you can buy very basic groceries. The restaurants at the resort have fantastic food, but they're very pricey. Units have a...

If it's not ski high season avoid this place like the plague! I'm here in June and nothing works as represented. Brian Bell the so-called General Manager is M.I.A.. His boss Jim Simmons doesn't return calls from guests. Neither of these guys delegate any decision making to their staff. But they're happy to take your money for second rate accommodations....
