Nice spa and facilities, expensive but in line with what you would pay at a ski resort. However we went early to enjoy the hot tub and steam room. Outdoor hot tub was barely warm enough to sit in, not very relaxing and ruined the experience. Expected more out of the Waldorf.

The WA is in a great location if you want to ski The Canyons. It's a beautiful property, there's great food, and a nice bar. Here's the thing. The hotel would be amazing in a large city, but at the base of a small ski resort, it feels out of place. Crystal chandelier in the lobby, huh? Modern hotel bar...

Poorly trained staff in restaurant and housekeeping. Spent over $700 a night and didn't get turndown service two of the three nights, even when I called and requested it. Restaurant being remodeled...

Very disappointed! As John put it at the front desk when we arrived "I hate people" . It appeared they were very short staffed when we arrived on Friday night. The temperature of the room was stuck at 80 degrees the entire trip. Lastly, no lake check out even for a Diamond Status Hilton Honors Member.

Came here again on a business trip. The fact that we came back again says enough. Very luxurious, great location, awesome fire pits around hotel, great staff, comfortable beds. Ski lift right outside the hotel.

We visited the powder restaurant inside the Waldorf in park city. The service is second to none and the good is amazing. Jennifer took amazing care of us and anticipated our every need! I would highly recommend to anyone. The newly remodeled bar area is also very nice and a relaxing place to go unwind and grab a cocktail.

The Waldorf Astoria is a great hotel. The interior is beautiful and luxurious. The Spa has a lot of great services. My children really enjoyed making complimentary s'mores outside and swimming in the heated pool. I loved the beignets and my husband enjoyed his burger meal for lunch at the Powder Restaurant.

I have to say that I'm disappointed with my last stay- the skiing (or snowboarding) is great, but I would choose a different hotel for my next trip. I've stayed at this hotel before and it went from my favorite ski destination to one I cannot recommend. To start, I was not initially given the room I had called to...

A million years ago this was Park City West where you could get a season ski pass for 30 dollars if you were a student. Those days are long gone. Now it is The Canyons, with numerous trails, fabulous shopping, and the Waldorf Astoria. Their restaurant, "Powder" is simply divine. The hotel itself has spacious rooms, quick access to the...
