We stayed here two different nights and we were satisfied with the rooms. Rooms were dated, but clean. This place has a historical Movie background and name rooms for famous people like Sammy Davis Jr. , John Wayne etc. Beds need to be replaced, old and squeaky. It has a guest laundry with one washer that flooded over and one...

We've stayed at Parry Lodge numerous times over the past 30 years. It has been a good place to stay and we've enjoyed its history. The last time we were there, it wasn't as great of an experience, so I wasn't sure if we'd stay again. I'm glad we did. It was great! It's definitely been around for a long...

The exterior is well maintained as is the common areas/ breakfast area. However, the room in which we stayed was located behind "The Barn". The room was small, had a very stuffy odor and in need of TLC. The carpet was dirty and worn. On the positive side, the TV was large, bed and bedding were clean and comfortable The...

We have stayed here many times over the last several years. Booked this location because of the countless movie stars and the history dating back to the 50's. The rooms have been well taken care of they have updated the beds, TV....etc.

I opted for the Parry Lodge because I could stay in a fun, quirky, independent place for about the same price as a large chain hotel. We did enjoy the stay. Here's the good and the bad: Good: The room was large and comfortable. It was dated but that's part of the charm. Everything was clean and worked well. It...

We stayed here in Feb of 2016, and I think I am going to book this place again! I loved it, it was cozy, and old timey. Lots of history in this place. The bed was comfy, the staff were friendly and the food was good.

I booked this place specifically because of it's background (home to countless movie stars from the 30's - 50's), and its convenient location (halfway between Lake Powell and Grand Canyon). It lived up to the reputation .... I felt like I was back in the 50's as soon as I walked in! Yes the decor is dated - it's supposed...

Was in Kanab for one night for the Writers Conference. Had made arrangements to stay at a friend's, but my night got difficult when my kids wouldn't fall asleep at our friends and Kanab PD became suspicious of me driving around so long so late at night. After I got the grumpy officer to let me alone (22yo single mom...

We stayed for a couple nights Mid October 2016, in the James Garner cabin, paying $120 a night. It was tiny, cozy and very old school, but good enough. I was reminded of my childhood in the 50's with the green and yellow bathroom tile. It was convenient to be able to park directly in the front. The weather was...
