Very dirty room, 317, on the third floor. We enter the room and there were pieces of fake eyelashes in the bathroom sink, a used bar of soap left in the shower, and a used shampoo bottle on the shower floor. The toilet had not been cleaned. We called to report the issue and housekeeping brought a mop for the floor and two towels. The sink, shower, and toilet didn’t get wiped. The morning breakfast had no regular coffee or juice. Would not stay here again. There is a Hampton around the corner.
I stayed here one night before my visit to Zion National Park. When I arrived a young woman (pregnant) who answered my dining question with a good referral. The room was a king suite (#329) and spacious as well as comfy. The breakfast was good and I tipped the helpful woman who was keeping everything fresh and clean (please remember to do this at hotels). I would stay here again. The only negative was the man working the desk in the evening - rude when I asked where the coffee was. His attitude needs an adjustment!
I wanted to show my appreciation to Rhonda and Estellla and the other staff at this hotel,I recently had a total knee surgery done, they kept my ice packs In there freezer and when I needed them they went and got them with no complaints, Thanks again
My family stayed here back in June and was charged an undeclared pet fee for a dog we didn’t even own. Apparently staff heard a dog barking in the vicinity of our room and never did a room check. They simply charged us $300 without even doing a room check. The manager, Juan, seems like a nice guy; but when it comes to trying to get your money back, he’s about as untrustworthy as they come. Here it is September and I’m still trying to get my money back. I wonder how many others they’ve scammed out of money.
This was a very pleasant experience. We arrived before the “check in by” time and it wasn’t an issue at all. The General Manager and his wife (we didn’t catch names) and a gentleman they appeared to be training were all very nice and pleasant. Our check in went very smoothly. The grounds were quite nice with a landscaped area with picnic tables where you could relax. The premises were very comfortable and clean as was our room. It was a nice “suite” and suited our needs perfectly: quiet, comfy bed, and clean. Thanks.
