Beautiful, warm, relaxing, friendly, well decorated, clean, and cozy cabin. Hosts were amazing. Defiantly a lovely aniversary trip. I would highly recommend this lovely cabin to anyone. Quiet and peacful town as well.

Unique B&B, loved the rustic decor and the beautiful wood work. The kitchen is well stocked to prepare your our breakfast. The king bed upstairs comfortable and the deck upstairs has a wonderful view.

I emailed Wild West Retreat and asked them to call me with question I had about reservations. They declined to call me. They did reply to my email by directing me to their web site for questions about reservations. Very annoying...

The Pioneer House has two bedrooms on ground level: one with a king bed, one with a queen bed. In between these two bedrooms is a very small bathroom with shower and toilet. I think the bedrooms are ok for your party but the bathroom could be a problem, depending on the sort and severity of the handicap. To enter the house, you need to take to steps up, to get to the laundry room you must take 3 steps down.
A further staircase down (some 8 or 9 stepts) brings you to 2 more bedrooms, one with queen, one with single bed, and a sort of extra living/playing room, with a niche with a single bed. I suppose you wouldn't need the besement floor.
The livingroom and kitchen on groundfloor will be ok for you.

the bathroom is on the small size on the main floor. If you us a walker the bathroom may be a challenge.
We are over and found the house functional and quaint. Kitchen and living room are very accessible.
Hosts are great guides to the region and the Joint BLM office on west side of town can answer most other questions. Great pie in Boulder City. Food in Escalante is so so.
