There are only a few hotels in Bryce to pick from, but this one is fairly grand in appearance and the breakfast was better than average for this type of hotel.
The room was clean and fairly well appointed
Staff friendly and helpful.
We stayed here while we visited the national park and surrounding area for a few days. Excellent location as it is less than 3 miles from the Visitor’s Center, which resides just inside the park gate (only one entrance at the north end of the...More
Hotel is lovely, rooms are spacious. Reception is large with free coffee. Beware No indoor pool this is located 10 minutes walk away in sister hotel, only outdoor pool /spa at this hotel. I complained to supervisor at hotel (as manger was not available) that...More
Apart from the missing restaurant, the hotel itself was not bad. Room was clean and reasonably well equipped, but it is nice to have the choice of not going out in the evening. The Business Center also had PCs without MS Office, meaning that my...More
Newer facility, very nice. The breakfast was awesome with a full range buffet. Laundry facility was very nice too. It's pretty close to Bryce Canyon. Be aware not much else is in the area, so not a lot of choices of where to eat dinner....More

As other responders have already stated, it means the hotel will choose your room upon check-in, such as a king bed or two queen beds room configuration. "Run of the house" is probably the booking arrangement British Airways has with the hotel, since you booked the accommodations indirectly through the airline. With regard to your comment about the cost of the room, this hotel property is an above-average Best Western hotel with regard to décor, pool and fitness facilities, guest coin laundry, etc. Breakfast is included with the room. It's the reason it is designated a "Best Western Plus." Also the hotel is conveniently located near the entrance to Bryce Canyon National Park on the road leading into the park. Shuttle service into the park is available if you don't have a rental car on your trip.

Hi. Like most of the National Parks, there seems to be a reasonable amount of parking available, but I guess the earlier you are there the better chance you will have. We visited the park around 8am and headed for the further point down the road and made our way back stopping off at the various points and I don't recall parking being a big problem.
