We didn't have high expectations, and were pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel is. The lobby is beautiful, our room was spacious, the staff we encountered were all wonderful, and breakfast was more than adequate. My husband and I are early risers so we definitely appreciated that it started at 6:30. The hotel is just a few minutes drive...

Every part of our stay at Bryce Canyon was excellent. The accommodations, the courtesy, knowledge of the hotel staff was superior. We were so thankful for this great stay when after this night we moved on to the worst BW experience ever at Clifton, Colorado.

This newer hotel was beautifully appointed. I was upgraded to a lovely suite on arrival. The kitchenette was very handy. Breakfast service was very efficient. It was located very close to the national park entrance. I would select this hotel again in the future.

We chose this one over the Best Western Ruby's across the road as we thought with paying an extra $100 pn it would have more facilities. How wrong we were. Staff were very unfriendly and when we asked about dinner options we were told they didn't serve dinner only breakfast and that we would have to use Ruby's across the...

I can't say enough good about this hotel....the clerk offered us a free upgrade after we signed up for BW Rewards, and another clerk brought us a box of pastries and filled our thermos when we checked out before breakfast was served. The decor is Western themed, which is totally appropriate for the area. The heating/cooling unit was a little...

We have stayed at this hotel before. It is a wonderfully centrally located hotel that is quiet and clean. The breakfast is simple but wonderful of eggs, bacon, ham, potatoes etc. We will definitely be staying here again.

We stayed here 1/1 - 1/4/17. Have been to Bryce Canyon a couple of times but always in the summer. Saw pics of Bryce in the winter and I was sold. Was going to stay at Ruby's Inn as we did before but our AAA agent suggested this hotel as being new, moderately priced, a having good reviews. So glad...

Pretty much every commercial operation just outside the entrance to Bryce Canyon National Park is owned and operated by Ruby’s. I can’t fault this since they seem to do things mostly right. The Bryce Canyon Grand Hotel is a “Best Western Plus” hotel which, I guess, is a step up from Ruby’s Inn which is just a plain old everyday...

Beautiful clean hotel. The location is perfect for visiting the park. Breakfast was fantastic, the room was a good size for our family. Checkin was pleasant and the hotel amenities were fantastic especially having a laundromat area.

This hotel is probably the best one in Bryce Canyon. Its lobby is beautifully decorated. Breakfast is good. Room is large. Did not get to use the swimming pool, it was frozen in December. Next room guests were loud, and it is clear heard in our room.
