This is our fifth stay in this facility and we are ready to come back. The setting is gorgeous and so are the rooms. They offer a great breakfast. There is a spa, massage chairs in one of the lounges, and it is of easy access to Boulder Mountain, Burr Trail and Capitol Reef NP.

Response from Susan H, Operations Manager at Boulder Mountain Lodge
Responded 2 Nov. 2018
At the Boulder Mountain Lodge we try very hard to make sure that each guest feels welcome and has the best experience possible. We receive many positive comments about our staff. We are sorry to hear that this guest felt that one of our front desk employees could have been more friendly and helpful. We have reminded everyone who works here of our goal. I wish we had known about the hangers while this guest was here. Each room is supposed to have removable hangers. And we happily provide more removable hangers for guests that request them. We are also sorry to hear that this guest felt it is “pricey” to stay at the Lodge. Our rates are comparable to similar properties in this area, and we have many more amenities than other properties in Boulder, including a large hot tub, bird sanctuary, massage chairs, yard games, and much more. We hope that when this guest returns we will do a better job at meeting their expectations.
