We have stayed there twice. First time dropping daughter off as Freshman at Baylor. Second time visiting her the next year. The innkeepers were so welcoming. Dutch serves breakfast in the morning and is the best host. He is a retired Baylor coach. He can tell you anything you need to know about the area and Baylor U. Rooms were...

This is a beautiful home with lovely rooms. Vicki is a gracious and fun hostesses. Love the Keurig on each floor for those of us that need a cup prior to breakfast! They had a full house and we never felt like there was noise that was disturbing (except the train that decided to whistle at 4:30:) ) The one...

For starters, reservations, directions, and check in are SUPER easy. Vicki runs a great B&B there! Super hospitable and very knowledgeable about places to visit/eat/shop all over the Waco area. Haha, you could actually not plan anything, just reserve you a weekend at the Cotton Palace, and she would be able to give you a great weekend full of plans!...

The Cotton Palace is a quaint Bed&Breakfast with spacious rooms and great food. It's located just a few minutes from great shopping and Magnolia Market and is only 10 minutes from Cameron Park. The beds are comfy, the showers are hot, and the ac is cold. Some rooms even have jacuzzi tubs. My sister and I stayed in the attic...

We viewed several of the other rooms and they all looked beautiful and amazing as well. Breakfast was delicious both mornings and we enjoyed meeting people from all over. Dutch was a...

It was my Mother's Birthday and Mother's Day weekend. So, I treated her to a trip and B&B in Waco. She loves older homes and visiting with people and she got just that. Anyone who can appreciate craftsmanship, history and unique homes will love this place. The people that run it were very friendly and committed to making sure we...

This was my first visit to a B&B, and it was amazing. Vickie was such a gracious hostess, the breakfast was awesome, was not even hungry for the rest of the day!!! So we missed out on some lunches, lol. Dutch was delightful and so full of life, at 92 years young. I will definitely be back, the house is...

My sisters and I stayed at the Cotton Palace while visiting Waco. It was the highlight of our trip! Vickie was a wonderful hostess and chef who shared stories and information about the city, and who saw to all our needs. The beds were comfortable with high-end linens. Cupcakes and coffee were made available all day. Vickie's granddaughter, Haley, was...

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful historic home. This B&B exuded Texas charm. From the perfect decor to the thoughtful cupcakes and coffee bar, it was all more than we could hope for. The breakfast was first class, and the owner made us all feel welcomed. I look forward to a return trip!
