We were able to check into our room early, and get going to our intended destination with ease (actually within walking distance from the Waco Courtyard Hotel). The room was clean and comfortable. Very pleasing experience all-in-all.......Highly recommended

This was my first time staying at a Courtyard Marriott and it was nothing special. The staff was average, the rooms were average. Nothing terribly wrong...just average. The one issue was the bathroom. The fan didn't work and made the bathroom very stuffy. You can tell the bathroom fan hasn't worked since day one because the bathroom door was filled... More

In Waco for 2 nights on business. Had a great view of the Brazos River from my room. Comfy king size bed, good shower pressure, and fairly fast free WiFi. Had dinner one night at the Bistro which was fine.

We took our daughter to visit Baylor University and to visit Magnolia Market. The hotel was in walking distance of Magnolia, Spice Village, and some great restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel is also close to the Baylor campus. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. Rates were affordable. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to... More

RIGHT across the street from the Convention Center. Excellent front desk service. The Bistro breakfast offer a buffet which is a cut above most "breakfast included" hotels. Housekeeping did a great job. The AC was a little loud, but worked wonderfully. No problems, but the rooms were not ready for check-in for longer than I hoped. Great place to stay!

We stayed here because we liked the location across from the convention center. The room was clean and no bed bugs! The employees were all very willing to help make sure you enjoy the stay. I was very disappointed with the breakfast. It was a small buffet with scrambled eggs floating in liquid and that as far as I made... More

We visited Waco for the first time on a Saturday for a one night stay. The Courtyard was a perfect location. Our room was what you would expect from a Courtyard. Clean and comfortable. We had a nice courtyard view overlooking the pool area. We enjoyed being across the street from the Brazos and had a nice walk around the... More

The room my sister and I stayed in was perfect in every way--great beds, view of the courtyard, very clean, and quiet. We were visiting Magnolia Market and it was very convenient for our stay, less than one mile away.

My family enjoyed a quiet stay at this hotel for our Magnolia Market/ Silos destination trip. Chose this hotel as a Marriott Rewards member and would stay again. Felt safe, in a safe area. We walked to the Silos on Friday evening and walked back after shopping on Saturday morning. The free shuttle was great, we accessed it Saturday morning.... More

I guess there was a convention going on directly across the street, so the hotel was booked solid. It was a madhouse, trying to cram an entire hotel into the morning breakfast buffet--which kept running out of coffee & food & honestly wasn't very tasty. Still: The room was small, but clean. Layout & decor a bit outdated, but functional.
