Good location for attending the Ironman. Comfortable bedswith nice linens. Breakfast had the usual assortment of things, all good. But, the little omelets were awesome. Friendly housekeeping and breakfast lady. Front desk not sure of anything. That's why a "4" for service.

I return to this hotel every time I am in the Houston area. It is not fancy at all, but it is everything that I need. The beds are very comfortable, the breakfast is fabulous and the rooms smell good. The people at the front desk are always nice. I can walk to several restaurants from the hotel, including Red...

I thought the Bates motel was fiction. This place has all outside doors and seems like a pay by the hour place. My co-worker had someone put his hands and face on her window and look in when she just checked in to the hotel. The air conditioner in the lobby must be broke, it is 85 and very humid...

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the location suited my needs very well, and the price was low. The building itself, however, wasn't what I've come to expect from Hampton Inns. I suppose that explains the lower-than-normal price. At any rate, the key complaint about the building is that it is a "motel" setup, with room entrances on...

Smelled of a prior smoking room. 3 German cockroaches were crawling on the walls in our room. A/c either too hot or too cold. Sheets kept coming off the bed. It was disgusting. The personal at the front desk were amazing however the rooms stink.

This is a Motel not a Hotel and has exterior doors next to a major freeway, so rooms real noisy. I like Hampton Inns just not this one. It resembles a Motel 6 not like any Hampton I have ever stayed in.

Great access off Interstate 45, clean, friendly services. Quite and motel style parking near your door. Close to Woodland Mall and other shopping. Older hotel but very clean. Plenty of parking. Average free breakfast
