Condo #607 was perfect for our family of 6! Beautiful furnishings, & everything we needed in the kitchen. Pools & tennis courts were used daily. Beach access with a place to rinse your feet afterwards. Would definitely return.

We have stayed at the Aransas Princess at least three times the past couple of years. The accommodations were excellent, the gulf views from the balconies were excellent, you could hear the surf at night. It was our go-to place to stay when we took our little vacation breaks. Then it all changed; they added a draconian cleaning fee to...

Our first impression of the Aransas Princess was that the complex was very nice! The building looks impressive and is very nicely kept. We got a unit that allows underground parking. Very convenient and secure. The reception we received upon check in was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. That attitude continued every day, twenty four hours a day, for a...

Condos have all been newly redone. The safest place to stay on the Island. They have a full time staff at the front desk 24 hours a day. Very friendly and staff keep it very clean. Great place to stay. Great view and close to the beach, plus only less than a mile to midtown. Would not stay any place...

We decided last minute to head to the beach! We called Friday morning and we're thrilled we could get a condo for the weekend. #609 is just what we needed. Stunning view and comfortable furnishings. Staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The pools were quiet. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Immaculate condos with all the amenities. Many are newly renovated and all have kitchen necessities including dishes, utensils, cookware; everything you need but the groceries. Every condo has a great view of the beach and ocean with (2) pools and an outdoor spa.

I wrote a review recently about this casino boat being poor. We returned the following week and informed the desk of our concerns the previous week regarding no AC and slits not working. We immediately were given free boarding and the problems were fixed and had a wonderful time.

Stayed in unit 102 on first floor. The biggest complaint was the extremely strong mildew odor. It was very strong and made staying in the condo uncomfortable. We tried to cover the smell with scented sprays, melted wax and odor eaters, but all to no avail. Washer and dryer in unit also smelled strongly of mildew which made our load...

Aransas Princess is a beautiful property, well maintained and peaceful. Unlike other condos and properties, this quiet place induces relaxation and calm. In fact, it is easy to simply simply drift away in thought when you open your patio doors or sit by the pools. I have been bringing my family to Port A for nearly 30 years and this...

“I think the higher floors give you a great view of the Gulf of Mexico. As in most condo rentals, the units will vary, be careful of the unit you choose, unit 707 has great features, great decorations, you feel like you are at the beach inside and outside!”
