My wife and i stayed here in March 2015. First thing is you MUST CHECK in the Las Piramides just around the corner up from the Anchor Bar. When you have checked in you will be given a door key and a card key for the gates, you will then be taken to your apartment. Once in, we booked a...

This place is just somewhere to get your head down for the night, you wont be doing much else in the room to be honest. Having read the reviews on here before hand i was a little worried about this place, but it was fine. When booking it could of been made clearer that you check in at Las Piramides,...

From reading the reviews I was aware it wasn't going to be a palace, but me and my two friends accepted we would be roughing it and we weren't too bothered. Upon arriving, it wasn't clear that we had to enter via the hotel Piramus, but we eventually asked some people en route. I think this should be explained before...

Firstly wanted to mention that I read other reviews saying you'll be robbed here and am pretty sure they're meant for this place, but they came under Las Piramides which is part of the same complex with Parque Cattleya but is still a separate hotel. Las Piramides has a reception which is the same one used for Parque Cattleya, which...

We had read the reviews on tripadvisor and we didnt really mind the fact that it was not top-notch, one stays in the hotel to sleep anyway. Well, one lives and learns... We were stationed on the first floor and it is really easy to jump up on the balcony so Im SURE this has happened before. There is no...

A few of my friends and I stayed here at the end of July and quite honestly were dreading it after reading all the awful reviews! On our arrival we were surprised at how clean the hotel was after reading some reviews on here. The rooms are very basic but have all the amenities you would need, very central location...

Arrived at recpetion was pleasantly suprised until got took to the apartments around the back. Looked like where the workers lived. Was dark and unwelcoming felt like a prison cell. We did not sleep due to our neighbours up all night. Went reception first thing. Without question they upgraded us free of charge into piramides which is a lovely clean...
