We’ve stayed at Rebecca park 5/6 times now. Clean comfortable rooms & a 5 minute walk from the Yumbo Center & the chaparral centre where Kim’s bar & the Britannia serve a proper English breakfast! Very friendly staff- nothing is too much trouble.

We decided this time to go self catering on this trip to GC, as normally we go all inclusive but we didn’t really take full advantage of all inclusive. We had book a one bedroom bungalow from the Sun 23rd Feb, but due to the sand storm the airport was closed and we didn’t arrive until 1200 noon the following day; Monday. We did contact the team at Rebecca Park to advise them that we are arriving but it won’t be until the next day. When we arrived to check-in, which was pleasant, we were given room keys and we started to head to our bungalow, when we reach it, we walked in to find the the room was very dirty, beds not made, bins full of rubbish. We headed to reception to tell them that the bungalow was in a mess, they acted very quickly and sorted the room for us; this bungalow should have been ready for us 24 hours before we actually arrived. We just put this down to one of those things that happen. Rebecca Park said they had a pool bar open every day during our stay, which wasn’t the case at all... during our stay it was only open the once. The housekeeping staff are very rude, it seemed that we were an inconvenience to them by being there.. On the night before our last night, we spoke to reception to ask if we could have a late check out as our flight was in the late evening. The reception team member said yes and he agreed not to charge us the €30 due to us arriving late, which he thought great... the following day the housekeeping and an assistant housekeeper hammered on the front door and when I answered it they said you may leave now, you are over staying, I tired to speak with the housekeep to say that we have a late check out, which said said I was a lier we don’t do late check out, get your stuff and get out now! I headed to the reception and advised that we had agreed a late check out and the man on reception said we are lying and we didn’t arrange this as it’s impossible to arrange this... we asked to speak with the hotel manager, and the man on reception advised that he was the manager, if this was the case was very rude to us, and wasn’t interested in helping us. When we said that we didn’t arrive until the Monday and our booking was from the Sunday the lad on the reception the day before said we could... Overall the bungalow ls are very basic and as they are self catering only the cooking equipment is very basic too... We would recommend this complex to anyone unless you are happy with a very basic complex, they could do with investing in the site to bring the complex up to scratch with other self Catering complex’s on the island

This was our 2nd trip to rebecca park, as before relaxing, clean and friendly holiday housekeeping every day by one of the best housekeepers on the island Josefa, pool and gardens maintenance 10 out of 10 by Sergio and a welcone smile and service at the pool bar by Christian....admin staff Tito, George and Juan together with manager Germain are there 24 7 to meet your needs all you have to do is ask! already booked again to go in May.....would highly recommend Rebbeca Park bungalows avoid 15th june through to 5th sept if u want a relaxed holiday as these weeks are spanish school holidays so gets very busy and very noisy...
