Arrived here around 2 pm on 15th October. Check in was very smooth and room was very clean when we arrived, cleaners just left. Requested extra pillow and that was placed in room when we got back from lunch. Food at the hotel was pretty basic. We are never fussy eaters but it was hard to find something nice. Salad...

Despite me phoning the hotel prior to making my booking they really had very little understanding of needing a gluten free diet. The problem was worsened by the fact that none of the restaurant staff spoke English and only could stand and look puzzled if i asked them which foods would be suitable for me. Things did improve a bit...
