This hotel was perfect in every way The buffet breakfasts and buffet evening meals were absolutely delightful. We spent our anniversary here and Xmas day and Xmas was so lavish. On our anniversary there was a bottle of champagne in our room along with a lovely little flower arrangement so pretty . We dined in the Krystal restaurant and they...

I have just returned for a week break with a friend, the staff and service 100% make this hotel. Very attentive and friendly in every area, too many names to mention. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the food was good too, a great selection to choose from. Predominantly older guests and the entertainment just typical hotel stuff, not much to...

We arrived on Friday 24th February for 1 week. From the moment you arrive you are treated like royalty. Nothing is too much trouble for any staff member. Andy who shows you to your room, and Enrique and Miguel in the dining room are especially great and friendly. The hotel is not really for families, more for couples. It is...

We visted Riu Palace Hotel on 2nd March having stayed there for 2 weeks in 2016. We received a warm welcome and again were delighted with the cleanliness and quality of this hotel. The staff in all sections, restaurant, reception, cleaning are very well trained but allowed to be themselves and to have fun with the guests . The food...

Went on a Thomson stay and cruise break in February.Didnt know the area but when we got out of the coach it was 'wow' what a lovely frontage to the hotel. Inside didn't disappoint either. Our room was very large and on the ground floor and had a very large terrace and sea view. The staff were all very friendly and...

This is one of the Riu's that has not had the minimalist upgrade and to be honest is ll the better for it. Alright it hasn't got the keyless electronic entry nor the giant shower, still having the tricky step in and out the enclosed bath, but it is great none the less. It reminded us of what attracted us...

Stayed here for a week beginning of February and was really lucky with weather. Usually stay at sister hotel in Melanoras but thought we would give this one a try for a change and glad we did. The staff here are excellent and terrace in evening with a large g&t is a great place to relax before dinner. Pools are...

I would describe this hotel's style as 'classic' - think shiny marble floors, chandeliers and white table cloths. Set right on the edge of the stunning Maspalomas Dunes, it is on the outskirts of Playa del Ingles, so far enough away from the main resort to be peaceful yet just a short walk away from bars and shops. The whole...

We had a fantastic holiday at the RIU Palace from the moment we got there we were treated as if they had known us for years. The room was spacious and well furnished with the most comfortable bed I have ever had in a Spanish Hotel. The food was excellent with a fantastic selection of meats fish pasta and salads....
