I stayed here again from 7th November 2020. The hotel was very quiet but also very safe with COVID restrictions. I did miss my afternoon cocktails due to the pool bar being closed and the music around the pool. I obviously understand why and it was not a problem. The staff are very well trained and Pedro on reception continues to be amazing. He is very approachable and goes out of his way to help. The staff member who checked me in was also so helpful. Keep up the great work team. See you again soon - hopefully

Currently here for a 2 week stay during Covid19 and got a reasonably priced deal. The reception staff are friendly & efficient and gave us a top floor pool view room as requested. We also received a free bottle of wine and complimentary slippers in our room. The room was well kitted out with kettle, fridge, safe (€2 per day charge) and rooms are fitted to a high standard with quality furniture and lovely bathroom. Cleanliness is excellent with daily cleaner visits. Pool area is really nice, plenty of sun beds and pool was so warm and inviting. Poolside cafe/bar area was closed due to Covid but looks like it would be nice when open. Only downsides for us were lack of air conditioning as room was very warm. Maybe ceiling fans could be installed of air con is too pricey? Also the pool lifeguard is rather unfriendly & is unjustifiably strict which visibly made several parties around the pool dissatisfied - scrutinising their movement of sun beds when they were a large group. The pool area was virtually empty yet the lifeguard was excessively patrolling around the 6 occupants on another day. Totally unnecessary - even during this covid period. I was told off by him because I tested the water temperature of the kids paddling pool with my foot! I had NO intention of going in it. His argument was that it was for children - despite there having been 2 girls in the 20’s in there a day or so beforehand & a man in his 40’s with a toddler the day before under his watch. He needs to show consistency in his actions & respect paying guests. No harm whatsoever was done by me yet I was made to feel bad. Having said this, I would recommend this place as I cannot fault any other aspect of the hotel. We just carry on at the pool & pay little attention to the lifeguard! …

Had a good stay...friendly, clean, with good facilities although obviously in these current unpresidented times not all were operational and the Hotel is well located for local amenities, i would quite happily recommend this hotel to anyone and would definately book it if i was to visit Gran Canaria again!!

I have stayed at Buenos Aires aparthotel for quite a few times. Each time the service from the staff is amazing. The location is ideal if you want to be near the Yumbo centre. It has a chilled and relaxed feeling about it. The only thing I would recommend is some modernisation.
