First the best parts of the hotel. The pool area and the surrounding grounds are lovely, you can have shade or sunny Whenever you want and there was always loungers available. The staff work tirelessly to keep the hotel spotlessly clean and are very helpful.. And the Covid procedures are very good. The rooms are simply but large and clean and all new. There is always a good selection of food. Now sorry the negative. The first room we were given overlooked the road(odd number rooms) and from early morning Seemed to have a continue stream of coaches and buses which were very noisy, we had to close the doors But to be fair the hotel did move us when another room became available. There is quite a few extra’s to pay for. Upgrade for the adult area The safe in the room Fresh orange juice in the restaurant Smoothies at the bar. The hotel seemed very busy and queuing to get in the restaurant became part of the day especially For breakfast. On the last day out flight was in the evening but we tried to extend the time we could keep our Room but it was full and 12.00 midday was rigid. Getting changed in the toilet later in reception Covered with suntan was not a good experience The worse of all we could not a meal lunchtime even though I pointed out we did not arrive till 21.30 sat before so we only had six lunchtime meals(20Euros PP extra) Was told hotel policy, that’s it!! We had a nice holiday but hotel is more family orientated, not for couples. Entertainment etc.

Had a lovely week here until the final day, no late checkout rooms available, had to pay €20 per adult & €15 per child to use pool, drinks, food which is unacceptable when our transfer pick up was for 20.15pm so expected kids to either sit in lobby starving all day or pay the price. This also didn’t include dinner, when arriving as Las Palmas airport all restaurants closed so children went without dinner that night. Rooms clean everyday, food was fine - breakfast was repetitive Do not forget your masks they literally stop in front of you telling you off at the outside entertainment! Little shops onsite were handy but make sure you have plenty of sun cream €22 for the same one we bought in UK for £6. Pools were clean, although freezing at first - the main pool is very deep my 6ft2 partner couldn’t stand up in some parts so be careful with kids. Be aware also that due to it being quite windy they don’t have proper parasols so no shade for the children! Entertainment was good, they don’t work on Mondays so a quiet evening but can’t fault them for evening shows especially with the kids. As a whole we enjoyed our holiday and would consider returning but will get a midday flight home so not having to repay for our all inclusive which should be included on last day in my opinion.

Visited the hotel to enjoy family holiday. No complaints with facilities, staff, food etc until final day. Check out was at 12 but transfer to airport not until 7 in the evening. Reception were unable to offer an extended check out or an area to get changed. Also removed our all inclusive wrist bands so unable to use the snack bar or obtain any drinks. We were offered option of having lunch at 20 euros per head, which was excessive in my opinion and could get a meal for a higher standard at any of the nearby restaurants or snack bars. Disappointing final day to the holiday and caused alot of inconvenience especially when our party had young kids. Reception staff also not interested in complaints and referred us to tour operator

This is a terrible experience, we are stuck here now, firstly the totally over the top Covid precautions, having to be required to wear plastic bags/ gloves in dining room, after hand sanitizer. The room we have been allocated on a full price, booked months ago so no late deal or discount applies here, looks out on to the car park/ maintenance yard, balcony and furniture is full of dirt and dust. Asked as soon as we arrived for a move to a room with a view, still waiting!!!!! Had email from hotel group we can move for a fee!!! This hotel is charging €5 for towels which are thin and very worn. €1.00 for coffee if you don’t want the brown water out of the machine.€3.50 for 2 glasses of fresh orange juice, again if you don’t want the orange coloured water out of machine. Food is plentiful but cold, you cannot choose where you sit, it seems the Spanish get seated on the nicer tables and the patio where the hotels social distance rule of 6 per group doesn’t apply while other visitors are jumped on and humiliated. Around the pool children are not allowed inflatable water aids but this is a family hotel???? This hotel is for families especially young children but if you want to escape the constant noise from the very loud music, a head of animation who would like to be a DJ by the amount of times he bellows over the tannoy, then you have to pay a extra €5.00 per person for the use of the adult only pool, there is no mention of this on any of the sites this place is advertised on. Having just returned from Cyrus where guests were embraced with kindness, I feel the Spanish are now trying to squeeze every last penny out of the British holiday maker. We have booked through Jet2 but have not been able to speak to the rep here Nancy. Just a 48 minutes wait for the customer help line????? To be told go speak to reception. I have never complained about a hotel before, but this one is really bad, and the final insult!!! We are on a top floor with lovely view of maintenance yard as stated previously, and the lift is out of order, was told to use maintenance lift??? Which is filthy, the corridors on the stairs smells of urine and disinfect, it’s a case of hold your breath. Only 2 bar staff on at any time and sigh if you ask for a cocktail, beer served in half pint glasses, usually half is froth and only 2 drinks per guest, so it’s back to the back of the queue again or just give up. Garden and pool areas are clean but like I said very noisy. AVOID!!!! There’s lots of much nicer places to go to spend your hard earned money.

If you want to have fun on the holiday your family has waited 2 years on then please AVOID!!! Lifeguards and hotel staff constantly shout at our kids and family for socialising in our Group of 8. No inflatables or balls etc in the pool (fun forbided) Big family holiday which cost us thousands of pounds to be treated like RUBBISH!!
