We visited this hotel for the first time the middle of November for one week. Apart from half a day the sun shone for the whole week. It was quite breezy along the seafront but fine within the hotel grounds. CHECK-IN Took a while, very thorough and lots of photocopying of passports, hotel vouchers, wristbands, etc. but all was very... More

On arrival was a little disappointed with the view from our room. After a visit to reception this was soon changed to a pool view which was much better. The rooms themselves are comfortable and the decor very modern with large bathroom/shower.Cleanliness is a priority all around the hotel from bedrooms to dining room and pool area etc.Service is very... I visited hotel Costa Canaria for 4 days all inc, as we where looking for a quiet resort this was ideal. The hotel is adults only & was full of very polite old couples & groups. The food variety was amazing, the pool bar dining give you a break from buffet style eating. Service was amazing, the language barrier wasn't... More

The hotel has had a makeover in the bedrooms. The public areas are nice too. The blonde reception lady is very rude and no customer service at all. We arrived on 2nd November for 13 nights. The jet 2 reps only visit on Monday so missed the first Monday. We wanted to book three trips but because we didn't bring... More

We spent a week at the Hotel Costa Canaria - half board with a sea view. Arrival was a little disappointing - we got past the front desk bit pretty quickly but when we arrived in our room we didn't have a kettle! We asked at reception and were told we'd have to wait until up to lunchtime the next... More

This was my second visit and I have already booked again for next year. Last time I travelled with a friend but this year I went alone and was a little nervous as it is very much a "couples hotel" and the clientele are predominantly Germans. I needn't have worried; there were some familiar faces from last year, other Brits... More

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. Rooms modern and bright. Food wonderful. All staff attentive and friendly. Sun beds are reserved by a card system which works really well. Would recomend to all. This hotel must be experienced. Try a steak at the pool bar comes on a hot stone and you cook it to your liking... More

We had a lovely week away, hotel very clean and good food. The sunbed system is brilliant. All hotels should do this. Waiting staff friendly, we tipped them, but this isn't expected. This hotel is mainly aimed at the over 50s not a problem, but wasn't expected. The beds are comfy but they are fitted with waterproof sheets! Every time... More
