YES there is a safe room beside reception that you can hire for 20e a week and 20e refundable deposit when you return your key. We stored all the passports there.

Good luck, I see a review that someone said it was good and they would go again, it is the worst hotel ever, I can make anywhere a home but this place was impossible. Sorry🙁
