Having never been to either an Esprit hotel or on a family ski holiday we hadn't any idea what to expect. We were delighted from start to finish. The team at the hotel were fantastic. From the chef who catered to my gluten, dairy and wheat free diet to the team that ran the restaurant and bar. All were fantastic...

Just returned from a weeks ski holiday with our 3 year old. We were very lucky to have great weather and it was our first ever ski holiday but the whole experience was great. Hotel was good, pool was a life saver at the end of the day and our son loved the kids club and his lessons. Food was...

We stayed here from the 26th March for a week, with our two children who are 8 and 5 (who'd never been skiing before). Everyone had a great time - the childcare was excellent, such enthusiastic energetic staff, and our children enjoyed the morning lessons, and the snow club in the afternoon. It was great having the indoor pool option...

Hotel well positioned with ski in and ski out. Nice pool, hot tubs ok but not working properly and looking tired and not particularly warm. Good steam room and saunas. Breakfast is pretty good, dinner consistently hit and miss. This year an over abundance of butter but squash.. we must have had it on the menus in pretty much every...

We were unusual visitors as were not using the excellent childcare facilities available to the normal Esprit customer. We were parents of a gap year childcare employee so perhaps our view is different but no less important. First of all the hotel is amazing, purpose built for Esprit and having every facility you could wish for a trouble free holiday...

We've just come back from our first Esprit holiday in Belle Plagne. We have a 9 month old and the friends we travelled with have a 2 year old. The children went into the nursery (our son's first time), and we skied all day. The Esprit staff were brilliant, all really friendly and helpful. The nannies in the nursery were...

This is the second Esprit Ski holiday we have been on and is the second great experience we have had. Being able to take a 1 year old and a 3 year old on holiday, knowing they are going to have an awesome time, and ski everyday still astounds me. The hotel - it is fantastic. We stayed in one...

Travelled in half term (12-19 Feb). The good stuff • Good standard of rooms / bathrooms • Great staff – especially bar and reception staff. Murray, Owen, Klaudia, Ellie and Josie were exceptional. • Pool and hot tubs • Better food than I’ve had at other Esprit / Mark Warner locations The bad stuff • The hotel was sold to...

The hotel is marketed as esprits 'flagship' hotel....... it's not! Don't be fooled! It's an ok hotel, rooms large, nice decoration although a little dated. What you pay for is the childcare, staff are amazing! We could not fault the staff, most are under the age of 25. Their energy with the children is endless and for this we are...

Couldn't fault the hotel or its staff. We also visited during the period of a sickness bug that was going around the whole resort. We don't think the staff could have done anymore to prevent what was a person to person contact bug. They made it their point to speak to everyone and seemed very informed and proactive about control...
