We arrived having changed hotels from posh to family. Christina could not have been more accommodating we changed rooms, no trouble. We call it shabby chic , it was all there in abundance , yes the gang are young , but they deliver. Amazing location, amazing atmosphere.

We spent a fantastic Christmas at this hotel and the MW Team were absolutely amazing. We were a party of seven (four adults and three children (2, 5 and 8)) and we were joined by our parents three days later. (They were initially booked in to another hotel in La Plagne but we asked if they could be moved to...

I have just returned from a week in this hotel. I did not have high expectations of the quality of the accommodation and I wasn't disappointed. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and the bathroom was fine. The carpets were old and stained, the walls did not even have any pictures to brighten up an extremely tired decor and...

Got back from a week here on Sunday. Other reviews mention the hotel is 'tired' - what an understatement! Dirty - or even mouldy - paintwork, threadbare carpets, musty smells... I've stayed in many b&b / guesthouse type places as well as hotels when skiing but this was by far the worst given the standard of accommodation. Food was fair...

Having a husband with a birthday on Christmas day makes memorable birthday gifts a little difficult, let alone when it's his 40th! I needn't have worried with this Christmas break. From the moment we arrived at hotel Christina, the team at Mark Warner did everything possible to make this one of the most enjoyable holidays we have ever had. The...

Returned for our 3rd stay here this year. Some people may complain it's a little tatty by mark Warner standards so for that I gave it a 4 , but for everything else it gets a 5 in my book ! Ski in ski out , says it all for the ski enthusiast . Backed up by wonderful staff and...

Charming chalet, yes a bit worn, but cosy, friendly, good food and quickly feels like home from home. Mark Warner team are just as delightful, enthusiastic and friendly as we remembered from 4 years ago. Location to slopes and ski school perfect. If you are looking for a family ski holiday, hassle free look no further. We diverted from Mark...

Decided to write a review having read some bad reviews on here. We had a fantastic week, loved the hotel and staff and will return. The location of this hotel is perfect. Right on the piste totally ski in ski out. Great apres ski bar that we never heard from the room - and yes we did go to bed...

Do not come here if you want to sleep before 1am. The bar downstairs pumps out music and whilst the staff say they can influence that they can't. Loud music. Bad food. Scruffy staff with stained clothes. Not worth the money. Give it a miss. Mark Warner should be ashamed.

After being let down by Crystal who advised that our ski in/ski out All Inclusive board hotel in Mottaret/Mirabel was overbooked and thought that we should accept non ski in/out and B&B as a replacement we decided to cancel and were fortunate to find this late booking. Hotel was basic but location/staff/food etc was excellent - clearly MW know how...
