Hotel was stunning, could argue 5*! Two beautiful restaurants to choose from which both had fab 3 course menus as part of the 1/2 board. Highly recommended - key ski in / out location. Will be visiting again next season.

I was pleasantly surprised by the Hotel des Dromonts. It was our first time in Avoriaz and as we only had 3 days of skiing, we wanted to make sure to get the most of our time while visiting this pedestrian only resort. The initial impressions of the hotel were outstanding. Building: Eclectic design, extremely crooked and utterly fascinating. The...

From the moment you enter this hotel you feel 'at home'. The staff is absolutely top notch, and they are seem to have one goal: make you stay as relaxed and enjoyable as possible. From the receptionist, to the ladies at the breakfast: all as friendly as it gets. I had the opportunity to meet the hotel manager, and she...

We have just returned from a 4 night break here. We were last here 2 years ago and if anything this delightful hotel has improved. There are many many things to recommend it, location, proximity to ski hire and village centre, lovely clean rooms with delightful views, excellent spa - however - the very best bit of all are the...

This quirky hotel is so cool its ridiculous! It used to host the film festival and has played host to many a celebrity. It's interior is a throw back to the retro 70s and the spa plays homage to the fact it used to be night club and some of the old dance floor and mirrors have been cleverly re-used...

Very relieved to be in Avoriaz, the only resort with any decent snow thanks to the high altitude, snow cannons and hard work of the piste teams. The hotel was great - very compact rooms so not much storage, but fantastic communal areas, delicious food and very friendly staff. Avoriaz is car free so the transfer bus will drop you...

We were in Avoriaz for short ski holiday. The hotel was perfect for our need. It was relatively easily accessible on ski. The staff were extremely helpful and tried really hard to make our stay a memorable one. The food at the hotel was of high quality. The SPA facilities are good and we particularly enjoyed the hot tub and...

Family of 5 with 3 adult sons visited for skiing week . The hotel was the highlight of our stay . It's quirky but fun . The communal bar and sitting areas are really well thought out with more than a nod to 70s design. All the staff are exceptional and they make Les Dromonts really special . The food...

This was my second stay and I have to say it was superb. I think the main reason for the improved experience was we got a great deal at the end of the season (about £500 for a double room for 3 nights). However, the service was also excellent (particularly a bearded bloke who was on the front desk every...

Six male skiers took single rooms for 5 nights. The rooms were very comfortable - 5 of the 6 were in fact double rooms. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. You can ski in-ski out from the ski/boot room. There is a spa and a gym - the latter is fairly sparsely equipped but better than nothing. The only negative...
