This hotel is just off the A26 and about 30 miles south of Calais Reception was friendly and efficient Our room was in a chalet style building of four self-contained units. Rooms in the main Hotel building are also available. Our bedroom was was cold at first but soon warmed up. Generally the heating was very efficient. The bedroom was...

This is the 3rd time we've stayed here on our way to Southern France after crossing on the Dover Calais ferry. Rooms are reasonably priced and the food in the restaurant is excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I checked this hotel before our visit and was not disappointed. The original building I imagine was built about 100 years ago. It has high ceilings and is very attractive. We stayed in the wooden chalets in the courtyard but they were warm, comfortable and well appointed. It has a gastronomic restaurant in the conservatory with beautiful views. The food...

We had a very fine stay in room 30, with a double room, and also a double and single room. Managed really well with my Mum in a wheelchair and everyone was really helpful and friendly. Great for tea and drinks before dinner in the lounge and then fantastic dinner in the elegant dining room. Overall a great stay and...

This Logis de France hotel will tick plenty of boxes for most people. Out in the countryside, it is quiet and efficiently run; beds (ours was in a chalet type cabin), are comfortable and rooms are well equipped, although, for the Brits, there are sadly, as usual, no tea or coffee making facilities. Lights in the rooms and also on...

This family run hotel was exceptional. Very friendly service, excellent food-the best we have had in France. Very quiet, pretty location. Good quality mattresses, nice room. Good value! When they saw that our 2 small dogs were clean and well- behaved, they waived the extra fee. We will stop by again on our next trip to England (only 30 min...

We've used this hotel a couple of times as it's very close to the Eurotunnel, approximately 30 minutes, but is still very French. The hotel is family run and very friendly, the restaurant is wonderful set in a very large conservatory with view across the garden and down the valley to the distant St Omer. The food is typically French...

Living in the North of England and wanting to take your car to Europe there are only two choices. Take the Hull ferry or battle your way South and use a channel crossing. We have been doing one or the other for more years than I care to remember. If doing the channel crossing this is the best value for...

The public areas of the hotel - reception, lounge, dining - were beautiful and quite grand! The grounds & views were sensational! The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful with explaining the menu to us, despite our lack of French. Dinner was exceptional - both with presentation & taste. Breakfast was a buffet and the selection was amazing &...

Great overnight stop not far off the A26 - the most excellent restaurant and food. Try the Lobster. Lovely family run hotel with clean rooms in the main building and surrounding buildings. Dog friendly hotel.
