Stayed for 5 nights - 13th to 18th Nov; rooms are not cleaned properly; toiletry as well as tea bags/sugar/creamer not refilled; towels not given fresh; overall very shoddy housekeeping. I find many Indians like me patronising the hotel; but breakfast options are pathetic for Indians, particularly vegetarians; if you want to have Indians continue to patronise your hotel, seriously look into this major irritant and provide Indian breakfast options like iddlies, dosas, pooris every day.

I have never met people so kind and friendly. Our room with a private pool was very decadent, lovely amenities in the bathroom, huge comfy bed. I was happy with how quiet the resort is given it is in the middle of town, yet a 2 minute walk to the beach. Breakfast was very well done, different dishes each day. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Have stayed at The Rama many times over the years and still find all the staff so friendly and welcoming. Beautiful old style Balinese resort and every single staff member from reception, to the restaurant to housekeeping to the gardeners are just beautiful people who can't do enough to make your stay as comfortable as it can be. Stayed in pool suite villas which are very comfortable and private. Thank you again Rama for another wonderful stay at your resort.

Our first return to Rama Beach since before Covid and happily say the Resort is still a very comfortable, well priced and located hotel. We stayed in a Garden Villa which was lovely, bed and pillows very comfortable and huge bed. Bathroom was well appointed with seperate shower and toilet. Pool is absolutely fabulous with great pool bar and tasty food available at reasonable prices. Sadly breakfast was not what we remembered with cold or at best warm offerings. Staff are lovely and very friendly throughout the resort. Great value for money.

Feels like home to me ...... I always stay at Rama Beach Resort in the last week of my visit to Bali as it's close to the airport. The staff are lovely, the rooms are clean and always smells amazing!! The resort gardens are beautiful. The lunch menu has a variety to choose from. I always stay in a villa as it's quiet and in the front part of the resort, no door banging and moving chairs at odd hours of the morning/night. Breakfast is ok, something for everyone but more bread options could be added. Everyone is very helpful. My 4 year old granddaughter loved the kids and adult pool and had a fantastic time. Great poolbar! Putu was always checking on the guests and made us feel welcome. She is lovely and always happy. We love her. The reception staff, sales staff, gardeners, poolboys/men, restaurant staff and cleaners do an amazing job and are always smiling and friendly. Thank you for a great experience once again. …

Hello, I took my son for dinner at Rama beach resort. We had a pizza and marinara pasta. Been a 5star resort I expected a nice quality meal. I am afraid it wasn't, the seafood was old tasting and the fish I suspected was bad. The pizza was ok but the base was undercooked . The restaurant was empty yet the street was busy. If I could have left a rating it would have been 2 star. That would be for the staff who where friendly. Very unprofessional cooking for a 5 star restaurant. I am a hotel manager and have been in the industry for over 30 years and have never written a bad review for a 5 star premises. I don't blame the cooks, I would be pointing my finger at management.

Our second stay at this amazing resort and that says a lot.All staff are welcoming, courteous and friendly from front of hose to the gardeners. Our room was spacious and lovely to sit in our courtyard with a coffee in the early morning or after a day of swimming either in the pool, which is fabulous or on Jerman beach. Location is ideal, close to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and the airport. Spoilt for choice at breakfast, caters for everyone. Highly recommend this resort. Regards Angela and Glenn

My wife and I spent a very relaxing week at Rama Beach. The resort was wonderfully quiet, our suite with private pool was exactly what we expected. Although the resort is a bit dated dated, everything was spotlessly clean and tidy. Buffet breakfast was adequate, most hot dishes catered to guests from the sub-continent. The highlight was the friendliness of the staff, the beautiful smiles and greetings from all staff reminded me why I love Bali so much. Short cut out the back gate gets you to Pantai Jerman in 2 minutes, still a "real" Balinese beach with genuine Balinese warungs.
