This is a fairly good and quite convenient hotel near the international airport (DPS). I stayed here 3 times during June-July 2023, always as part of ongoing travel to/from the airport. The staff is friendly and service oriented. The hotel has a strange policy wrt. breakfast, it may or may not be included in the charge for the room, if it is not it can be paid separately (75.000). It is a little bit like a lottery, but rooms without are generally less expensive by about the same amount. The hotel should be recommended to change this and always include breakfast, or make it a clear choice for every room offered. They advertise a shuttle service to/from the airport, but this is not always available and it is more expensive than a taxi. You can easily get a taxi to the hotel from the airport for 100.000, the return being about 50.000. Overall, this is a pleasant place that can be recommended.

We stayed for approx 7 hours in between flights. Staff are lovely but I wouldn’t recommend it for families. No handsoap in the hand-sink, towels tired and need replacing. The aircon is right about the bed so not the healthiest.
Pros is that it was a spacious room and close to the airport.
Definitely aimed at backpackers

We booked this place on a special airport transit deal, right before our flight out of Denpasar.

The experienced Muslim lady gave us a good deal and even e-mailed us that she would provide a free airport drop off, which was all great.

However when we arrived to the place during the day when she wasn't there, there was a youngish nasty girl at the reception, who insisted that we could only stay for 8 hours at that place so must check out at a later date, even though all the extended details were agreed before hand.

At the end we had to leave our luggage in the warehouse of the place and come back 3 hours later only to find the hyena girl gone, and met with a much kinder and hospitable staff.

I think there should be a standard of professionalism and consistency between different staff members in a tourism organization, and nasty creatures like the receptionist girl who waits during the day should be replaced with people who actually like to do business with foreigners, since this is the tourism industry.

It's really a shame to see some Indonesians showing open hostility toward foreigners, when the entire economy of this touristic island depends on tourism income, #gratitude, if you are xenophobic and don't like to work with people, then you need to get another job girlie.

Summary: Muslim manager lady excellent service

young indonesian girl during the day reception: needs to be severely criticized by her managers.

There is no map of the area around the hotel at the front desk, so guests who are unfamiliar with the area must be very careful when walking around the narrow, busy, and dangerously bumpy roads.

The breakfast buffet at the main restaurant is simple and unsatisfying. The hotel does not have a manager or concierge, so there is no hospitality to listen to guests' requests or opinions.

The plug at the bottom of the bathtub malfunctioned repeatedly. This happened repeatedly, and the bathtub did not fill with hot water, so I spent many days just taking showers, which did not completely relieve the fatigue of my travels.

The part of the menu at the main restaurant where the prices of the dishes are written is torn and very difficult to read, but the menu continues to be given to guests.

I was surprised that among the cleaning staff who clean the rooms, there was one who lacked the awareness of being a hotelier and did not greet the guests at all.

The only male front staff member named Christian was extremely smart, had excellent hospitality, and was very kind and good at his job. I am very grateful to him for his help many times during my stay.

I really don't like leaving bad reviews but I am this time as constructive criticism for hotel improvement and to make other potential guests aware. We stayed here for several hours as we had a late flight. We chose this hotel because of its close location to the airport and its 8.0 / 10 reviews. The staff are welcoming , friendly and accommodating no criticism there.

The room we had was terrible. It had a really bad smell that wouldn't disappear even when leaving our door open. We stayed outside our room for a while to avoid the smell. The toilet and bathroom area had a lot mold and the bath tub and shower floor was dirty. There was also no hand soap. The couch was dirty as was the cushions, bar fridge, curtains and air conditioner filter. The pillow cases on bed had holes in them and the entire room was damaged and had stains from the walls, bed frame, draws, bathroom ect.

I hope management take this feedback on board and start to look after their rooms because we honestly were disgusted.

When we came here other guests were greeted with juice, we weren’t and we don’t know why. When we came to the room the room was disgusting. First the stains on the bed on the pillow, then the stains on the towels, it looked like it wasn’t cleaned (the towels were very old and disgusting).
The pool was very dirty and the sun beds also we needed to clean them with wet wipes. At the end I left staines on the towel from my hair and i needed to pay 8€ for cleaning. I mean i understand but the towels already had stains. Bad experience all and all.

The swimming pool was great, clean and an amazing addition to a warm day. There are swimming towels provided in the day by the pool as well. If you need any spa treatments booked in the area, the reception does so, warmheartedly too!

The pool closes after 8 p.m. every day for "chemical treatment". I can understand they need to keep the rooms by the pool peaceful by 8 is an awfully early time, in my opinion. Maybe 10 p.m. instead since the hotel doesn't really have much going on around it, there's really nothing else to do apart from the pool? Good way to relax for most people's last or first night in Bali before jumping on flights back?

I love the location, it was very strategic for me since I need to catch up the morning flight, around 10 minutes to airport.
I stayed at room 2018, it was huge room with spacious living room, there’s big and comfy sofa + coffee table, and tv cable, and mini bars + electrical pot too. The room has balcony and I enjoyed sun bathing in the morning.
The bed is big and comfortable, air con is working great makes the room cool, but bit noisy.
The things that makes me dissapointed is their bathroom, the water is so small, not comfortable for bathing. And no hot water. Their exhaust fan is making disturbing and annoying noise.
This accomodation will be perfect if everything working properly and meet their own words.
