We enjoyed staying here for one night as we traveled back to the United States from Morocco. It's a sweet, historical hotel, and we easy to get to by bus from the airport. There's a bus stop just half a block from the hotel! The staff were very nice, and we can't speak to the breakfast because we had to...

This is really a historic place. The building and the part of the interior is several hundred years old. It is very trashy and has only 7 rooms. The staff speaks hardly English, so be prepared to communicate via signs. There is a free WiFi in the room, however it is quite slow. The breakfast was reasonable.

We booked as a stop over on our road trip from santandar to the Mar Menor area and what a result, one of the most historic and beautiful places I have stayed ever .....and that was just the bedroom , met a delightful lady that despite the wine cellar etc being closed ( it was 10pm at night) she opened...

A fabulous renovation with great attention to detail. Unbelievable room and good food. We were shown around the museum by a lovely lady. Cant wait to stay again. Easy to find off the motorway, good parking at the hotel and plenty of deals to make the stay economical as part of our journey through Spain.

We used this hotel as a stopover on our way back to santander, I chose it for the history it holds, we were not disappointed, we arrived late afternoon, and it looks closed but once you walk through the archway into reception you are transported back in time, full of grand furniture and antiques this place was very interesting to...

Stayed in this beautiful hotel in March and April and what a joy. The rooms are comfy and welcoming - antique style and all mod cons, the rest of the hotel is full of beautiful antique furniture and paintings, the service (reception and in the Taberna) was just wonderful. I'm going back in June and can't wait! If you're in...

Mrs. Paloma Sanz, the owner, is a wonderful person and her priority #1 is to take care of her guests; our grandson was ill with a stomach ache, she immediately set-up an appointment with a clinic in torrejon de Ardoz and she drove our family to the clinic. A must see hotel, make sure you walk to the Plaza Mayor...

We went a la Casa Grande during during the fair CPHi, at the Feria de Madrid. We did not want to stay in a big hotel chain, willing to have a more intimate place. We choose Casa Grande (10mn from the Feria de Madrid by taxi easily available) and we really did not regret it. The checking was so warm...

This place is so old, and so nicely redone, and so well kept, I was surprised and my wife was impressed. There are skylights in the room and in the bathroom that you can open, the bed was excellent, the breakfast buffet was really well done. There are lots of stairs to negotiate, and no elevator, so be prepared to...
