We booked two rooms at this hotel, because the website said it has parking. However upon reading reviews from other guests who stayed there we realized that they don't really have parking in the hotel and because of it's location also difficult to access by car. I called them to inquire about the matter but no one spoke English (Tourist friendly?) I sent them an email to cancel our reservation but yet not response and see that they charged us for teh 2 rooms inspite of the fact that we never went there.…

This hotel is positioned just above the main square in the old town. It keeps a lot of its palatial qualities. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom had both bath and shower cubical. It's possible to park your car in the carpark in the castle walls. The breakfast was lovely with a huge variety of choice and a great view over the square. In the square we were able to enjoy 2 beers for 4 Euros - very reasonable. The staff were really friendly.…
This hotel is beautiful and comfortable. Formerly a palace. This is the 3rd time weve stayed here. This time, we had a room overlooking the Trujillo Plaza and the stork nests. Just lovely. Staff is excellent. Many speak English. Breakfasts very good with a wide variety of food. One person particularly helpful was Alba. She helped me park my car in a narrow parking area. Helped with luggage, finding good restaurants, etc. She is no stranger to hard work. Hotel just below the Trujillo Castle. Great location. Very clean and rooms comfortable.…
We stayed one night in order to visit lovely Trujillo. The hotel has the perfect location, steps away from the Plaza Mayor. The staff is very serviceable and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Our bathroom was a little tight nonetheless, functional and with nice toiletries. The historical hotel (a former palace) has been renovated. Some rooms are a little difficult to reach as you have to change elevators. Make sure you get exact directions or wait for a staff member, to accompany you. They will happily comply. After you arrive, you are steps away from all the interesting sites that this beautiful city has to offer.…
