My family of four stayed in room 45 on the top floor. There were three double beds crammed into the room - looked much smaller than the triple room shown on the website and booking.com. The hotel is very quaint, and the pool is super. The beds weren't all that comfortable, and the wifi was spotty outside of the reception...

Despite arriving at 8am, we found that our room was ready for us. It was comfortable, if a bit cramped, with reliable hot water and a semi-reliable air conditioner which the staff promptly fixed when the remote control stopped working. From outside our room, we had beautiful views of the lake and a refreshing breeze. We ate at the restaurant,...

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are nice and well maintained. We only had lunch at the hotel restaurant but the food was good. The staff is nice and helpful. The island is cute and easy to walk around. There are many good restaurants within walking distance. The air conditioning is certainly appreciated when it is...

Well dont go to Flores expecting the Hilton... it is a cute little town/island. not much to do but take in the views and dine at the many good restaurants on the main strip just outside this hotel. Feel free to take a dive in the lake just outside the hotel as well, quite warm but refreshing. The hotel is...

After a week in Caye Caulker, with no AC or pool, I insisted on staying somewhere with a pool when we got to Flores, and I was glad I did! We didn't really lounge around the pool, but it was so nice to just jump in for a nice cool-down whenever we wanted. The service there was unbelievable. Here in...

Great place overlooking lake. Sat and watched the sun set during happy hour which was very pleasant. Plenty of places to eat around the hotel. Rooms are clean and staff friendly. Had one of the ground level rooms which have no view to anything outside the hotel court, but travelling with a group that's the way it goes. Wifi is...

Stayed here for two nights with my husband and loved it! Has a great location and a very helpful staff. They even made to go boxes lunches for us the day we made the trip to Tikal. A little pricy but well worth the room, air conditioning and great pool!

A great place to stay in Flores. The pool is like heaven especially after a long hot hike through Tikal. Views are great from the balcony and sundowners a must when on the top floor (room 41). Rooms have both fan and a/c which is very pleasant. Meals are not included but there's a great restaurant by the pool or...

I spent one night here on the return from Tikal. The room I had was clean, but probably the worst room in the hotel in terms of any view ... looked out onto a passage way. Room also featured AC and cable TV. Hotel has large, open, lovely public spaces, including a small pool and large restaurant. WiFi worked well...

I spent one night at the Casona de la Isla, and I loved it! This is definitely the hotel I will stay at for future trips to Flores. Depending on the room you get a great view of the lake, and it is centrally located to nice restaurants, bars, and shops. The staff is VERY friendly and accomodating. We checked...
