This review doesn't start good but ends well. I called this hotel to pick me up at the Flores airport when my flight arrived. I got there excited to be picked up and my ride never showed. I ended up catching a taxi to the hotel which is just about 5 minutes so no problem. I was mainly mad about... More

We stayed for one night after visiting Tikal. Found out it is the same owner at the Jungle Lodge in Tikal. The facilities were great. Restaurant was excellent. Food was prepared and presented with care and delicious. The waiter, Samuel, was a good spanish teacher. He was very personable. Heidi, the woman who registered us at the hotel, was very... More

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The employees were extremely nice and helped us with recommendation on what's the best way to get tickets to Guatemala City, book a tour to Tikal, and even helped us communicate with our next hotel in Spanish. The hotel is very pleasant with good vibes. Highly recommended!

We were one Tikal and back we were a sleep in Flores. The hotel is conveniently located a few blocks from the boardwalk. It has a terrace with a pool from where you can have a beautiful view of the sunset The restaurant food tastes good, is varied and well priced. Our flight was in the afternoon and they offered... Fellow travelers heading to Flores from Semuc Champey - please read and be aware. We traveled from Semuc Champey to Flores on the never ending bus ride. That was as expected as we were mentally prepared for a 10 hour drive. What we were not prepared for was the dodgy nature of the buses and tourist trap in Flores. Firstly,... More

We stayed at this hotel and were glad we did. It had decent (but not great) wifi in the rooms, it was very clean, comfortable beds and relatively quiet. We were there on a night where there was a lighting of the Christmas tree going on and there was a lot of noise right above us. The first room would... More

As Flores island is very small, there aren't many hotels on it (mostly hostels). We found this place to be great: excellent shower, AC, friendly staff, great included breakfast, massive comfortable bed. Only thing was, the tours offered by the hotels were kind of expensive, we advise going to one of the more respected touring agencies in the street (i.e.... More

This would have been an excellent hotel however we chose it for the rooftop pool only to be told on arrival that the pool was being worked on. Each of the 3days they said it would possibly be ready - this was deception as there was no way the work was to be completed for our stay. No discount was... More

This is by far the best Hotel in town, great restaurant too! Small Hotel, super friendly people. Clean, Comfy rooms! Look no more. Great Value! They help you arrange transfers to Tikal (guide as well) and transfer to the airport. It is the way to go.
