This is a great option when you only need the hotel to sleep, location is great, rooms are standard and basic but very clean and confortable, small bathroom with tub, again, no luxury but not needed. Priced accordingly too.

I was there four nights on business and this hotel was better than expected. The carpets in the rooms should be replaced but they were as clean as possible. Otherwise the room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfast was very good with great selection. I would return because this hotel exceeded my expectations.

Seriously this is the place to stay in McAllen. Nice hotel. EXCELLENT front desk staff. Edgar and his staff met our every need. And it is an amazing value. Lots of services for a lower price. Stay here and you will be happy!

August 11, 2014. If you plan to make a call and ask for information about hotel services, then get ready for bad bad costumer service by phone. The girl, who said her name was "Nina", answering the phone at night (around 11pm-12am) has a horrible attitude and is very incompetent when asked questions regarding the services the hotel provides. It...

This is not the hotel I expected. The hotel at first looked good, but there was a family who entered next to us that had a dog. Which dogs are allowed, when I get to the hallway the dog of the family had pooped in the middle of the way. They should do something about it! Except for this and...

Reception was very good. Clerk was very informative about the area. I wanted to go for a run/jog he directed me to an excellent path and park...

WE arrived on NOv 17th at 2 pm.It was nearly impossible to find a Rio Grande Valley room because the hotels were full of people from Mexico for the Mexican 3 day holiday weekend. I had stayed in Pear Tree and Drury Hotels dozens of times in the past and was happy with them. This time though,we were placed in...

This was our first stay. We were greeted at the desk by a most gracious, charming and efficient host, Mr. Mireles. He made us feel special, even though we were road weary travelers wandering in off the highway. We encountered him again as we took advantage of the complimentary evening snacks and again at breakfast. He was in constant motion...

“Upper floor rooms-3rd and 4th floor-in the rear are quietest and more distant from the desk and breakfast noise. There was sufficient parking and the staff was highly accommodating. This chain is-generally-responsible and reliable. They have cheap long distance too.”
jmdrmd2, 18 Nov 2013 | Read review
“Our room on the third floor looked out onto the lobby/elevator with no outside window view. It was okay, but next time we'll try a room with a view/natural light available. Still it was surprisingly quiet for its location, and so was the frig.”
tallylala, 18 Nov 2012 | Read review
“First floor is noisier because of proximity to lobby, pool, and breakfast area. If you want a quiet room, choose second floor or higher, ask for side away from highway, and at the end of the hallway.”
