Just got back from a two-night stay in El Cosmico's "Kozy Coach" Airstream--we loved every minute of it! The grounds were beautiful and funky, our digs were comfy and clean, and the bottomless coffee in the morning was perf. We brought our old boxer dog, who needs blasting A/C like any old beast would...and the staff was impeccable in making...

Believe the hype, Liz Lambert's El Cosmico is just brilliant in every possible way. We had been looking forward to staying here for months and it didn't disappoint. We booked into Spartan Manor - a large orange trailer, with a fun outside shower and all facilities you could ask for. Coffee on the porch in the morning was lovely. Cute...

My partner and I returned from a trip to Marfa, TX about two weeks ago and every day we are still dreaming of El Cosmico. We checked in at 3 and I almost didn't want to leave the lobby! It smelled heavenly, I think they were burning their brand of incense. There are so many neat and eccentric gift items...

We chose to stay on one of the yurts for the night of our visit and have to say it was very enjoyable. Was actually better than some of the hotels we stayed in on our trip to west Texas. The heater in the yurt kept it nice and cozy.

If you are like me and living in an Airstream for a period of time is a secret fantasy--here is your chance. Marfa is a great place for 1-2 nights and this is the place to stay. Accommodations inside are fairly minimal, eccentric and waters er you forget I terms of food and drink--you can buy at their store. We...

I like El Cosmico. I love the vibe. The employees I met were polite and helpful and the other guests were all super friendly. If I went back, especially in March, I'd avoid the teepees and stick with the trailers. The teepees are really cool, with lots of space. There are several issues, though. First, it gets really cold in...

My husband and I were looking to do something adventurous and slow for our one year anni. El Cosmico was the perfect place. We rented a tepee which was perfect for late February weather. It was about 80 degrees during the day and as low as 25 degrees at night. We were very fortunate that we had really nice weather...

I came because I wanted to experience staying in a yurt or a teepee. We ended up staying in a yurt. it was perfect since we stayed in January and it was very cold. The yurt had AC and heating. The campground itself is just exactly that, a campground. So expect shared bath houses and public toilets. Not exactly ideal...

Very ool place with several different and very nicely furnished and decorated trailers and tents. With a group of friends, we arrived from Albuquerque at night and the smell of the fresh air when getting out of the car combined with the very clear sky was priceless. Really enjoyed the experience !

We went there for the New Year's Eve party and had fun camping that night. The camping is definitely more expensive than state park camping, but if you've never stayed here before it's worth it. They have outdoor kitchens that are free to use with hot plates and are a good gathering place for people. We met some kind people...
