We arrived here at 10pm on Sat nite without reservations. One of the owners came out to greet us and got us all set up. She was so gracious and never once seemed upset or put out. She welcomed us and got us a site quickly. We were so relieved as we have 4 small kids and we were ready...

We started coming to this koa last year during Texas Tech football season. We went from paying $400 a weekend to stay at a hotel for Tech home games to $65 a weekend camping. Checked out the Lubbock koa and haven't stayed at a hotel since. Besides the savings, the staff are friendly, property is clean and will maintained. They...

I stayed here for 14 weeks and I am so glad I did. The owners are busy updating . They and their staff are friendly and helpful. The park is clean, convenient and quiet. The laundry is always open and is affordable. The bath house is typical KOA, but it is always clean. Note ladies, the best water pressure is...

Big improvement in this park since we last stayed here. Trees trimmed. Junk gone. Indoor pool open. Wifi reasonably good. Do wish they had cable TV. We only got 4 over air channels. Couldn't get CBS or ABC. We would stay here again.

We try and go see out oldest son and his family at least once a year. Each time we go we try another RV Park. Well we finally found one that we really like. Having two teen age boys some things are a necessity First a pool and they have a very nice indoor pool. They also have a playground...

There is an indoor pool and the grounds were well-kept...the camp areas are close together and there isn't much shade. It was kind of a loud experience...I was woke up by loud voices...a woman and children.

WE spent one night here the end of August. Very nice people. Campground is nice and clean. We have a dog an they did have an area for him. It was very hot there so we didn't spend a lot of time outside but it was quiet and the campgrounds are not on top of one another which is nice.

We visit Lubbock often and this is the place we rely on to stay at. The staff is super nice & the sites are spacious. We had plenty of room for our 34 foot motorhome and room to spare to park our truck there as well. They also had a place for us to put our 18 foot trailer. Laundry...

We have a 34 ft motorhome and an 18 foot trailer. Both fit beautifully in the spot. Hot tub and swimming pool are both indoors. Trees and picnic areas at each site. Nice dog area. They provide poop bags. Good price and very helpful and pleasant staff. They had a stack lot that we were able to put our 18...

The only positive about this campground is the staff which are friendly. The campsites are barely adequate for a 38' fifth wheel. If a person is parking behind their RV, you probably couldn't turn far enough to exit your space. The place was a mudhole with huge puddles of water standing everywhere. The bathrooms were minimal and needed updating badly....

“Most of the sites can handle large RV but make sure you ask for one if needed.”

“If you have anything larger than a long bed Pick-UP/CAMPER or taller than 61/2 feet. Find another place to stay. This place is too small, trees have thick branches around 7 to 71/2 feet high and will do a lot of expensive damage, place away from the office area is pitch black. NO LIGHT AT ALL to help you see where to hook-up to sewer, water and electricity. Bring a EXPENSIVE DAMAGE CAUSING VERY LOW thick branch TREES, IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE TURNS, NO ROOM TO MENUVER CAMPSITES TOO CLOSE TOGETHER, PITCH BLACK AWAY FROM OFFICE AREA. and VERY LOUD ALL NIGHT LONG.”

“be sure to get the "Kabin Lodge" and not the Kabin as it only has a bed and no bath...you have to use the campground facility but I found it to be clean and tidy.”
