Price for off season was enormous-$185+ for a cabin, during the month of November. This included holes in the wall, missing smoke detector battery, missing inside door knob for main (& only) entry, shower head that was clogged, toilet paper holder that was falling off the wall (which I had to repair in order to use it), missing thumb screws...

This post is under Review from Trip Advisor. All input is very much appreciated by all of my valued guests, however, a guest that reviews my property over 40 days after their stay and accuses me, my husband or our housekeeper of stealing is completely off base. Improvements: Since this person's stay, again over 40 days ago, we have added...

Quaint country inn conveniently located between Garner State Park and Lost Maples State Park. Also a perfect location if you are wanting to drive/ride 3 Sisters or any of the other many routes in this area. Not fancy by any means, but had country charm, very clean and spacious particularly for the $$$$. For us we thought it was perfect!...

If you like rustic, this is it. Mattress sagged to the middle and may be as historic as the Inn, pillows have not been fluffy for years, light bulb burned out, management is off site so forget about replacement bulb, no door knob to the front door on the inside...You get the picture. The positives are it was clean, the...

This was recommended as the biker place to stay when riding the twisted sisters. I had made reservations far in advance and a day before received a call to say that they moved me to a different room. That made more sense when I arrived to find an envelope with my name and key by the office door. The room...

Definitely needs some renovation. Prices are ok I guess, but if you're just coming for the Sisters you can do better in Kerrville and be more central to the whole area. Where to start? Management/ owners were pretty nice. Cabins were cute. Decorated nice inside with rustic feel. Bed was ok. A/C and heater worked great. Cabins still need some...

Thank you for your input. This weekend of your visit was during the Big Spring Break Weekend and we do have a little different group of guests during this weekend due to the Big Music Fest down the road.
