We are tightwad travelers, but look for clean, comfortable places to stay. Unfamiliar with the area we went with previous reviews and took a chance. La Mesa is in a hard working region of Texas (from what we could see at 10pm). Lots of work trucks in the parking lot and a few guys in the pool, but it was... More

We came in late on a rainy night. The manager went out in the rain to show me the best place to park(I was pulling a trailer). The rooms were dated, but it was like walking into a time capsule. The room we stayed in was very clean and well maintained, just not updated. The internet worked, most likely the... More

Was very impressed with the Shiloh Inn. Staff was very friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Nice area to walk our little dog. The breakfast food at the restaurant next door was a too greasy to my liking.

On an unexpected stay in Lamesa, TX , after a long trip home from New Mexico, my husband found Shiloh Inn after reading good reviews online.. And what a gem it was for a weary traveler! Starting with Martha, the desk clerk, who provided information about a nearby restaurant that was still open on a Sunday night. (KBob's) The room... More

Recently my husband and i stayed here for 2 nights. We found it to be very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only negative is we had a lot of trouble with wi-fi connection.

I accidentally booked the wrong hotel but was very satisfied. The room was very clean. The parking lot was very well lit and quiet. I also forgot to to get my special pillow. I called back after a couple hours after realizing it and the lady said she had it waiting on me. I was very pleased, surprised and happy!Most... More

If you don't think you have to have all the bells & whistles of newer facilities, probably ought to give them a try, especially if you have your on pillows. Honestly, only lacking great pillows or workout room. Clean & dependable.

I have stayed in many hotels, for work, in small towns like Lamesa. This hotel was clean and appropriately lit. Beds, towels and showers were clean compared to other small town hotels. Owners were very hospitable. Since the lot was properly lit I didn't have to worry about someone breaking in my car. Wifi strength was awesome as well. Worth... More

We needed a place to stay on very short notice while driving from El Paso, TX to Topeka, KS. We found the hotels in the Permian Basin (Oil and Gas Industry - area) that hotels are at a premium price and limited availability. We were able to get our room for $89 per night, which was an affordable rate considering... More

First off, let's get this straight... This is Oil and Gas and Agriculture country. The people that stay here are O&G types, construction workers, etc. It's an ok place. Reasonably quite, relatively clean, nice office staff. Heater worked. My cost was $87.69. It's either that or $150+ at the BW, IF they have any rooms. There is one other place... More
