2 families over 3 cabins - family & budget. We chose this place at very short notice wanting to get away for Xmas weekend and absolutely loved it. The budget cabin was small but suitable..the kids loved the pool, spa, jumping pillow, indoor play centre and hiring the karts. Other than supermarket, there was no real need to leave. Love that it’s a dog friendly park! Only downfall it was quite windy and all the dust picked up from the road..but that’s nature.

Would not recommend Bendigo Big 4 Park Lane to anyone. The pool was absolutely disgusting. We and several other separate families began to swim in the pool thinking it may have been a green pool liner, but it wasn't. It was completely filthy. Pool water was grose, green brown in colour, with scum/slime caked on the pool walls/liner, and there was a terrible smell from the pool water, which you could taste. Also, the water /grey water disposal drains were poorly kept, and backed up to the point that the grey water was creeping on to our site. Was filthy. The rest of the facilities were reasonable, ie. Play centre, playground, camp kitchen, but I would not recommend for camping with a tent, as the ground is extremely dry and difficult to pitch/peg in. We bent so many heavy duty pegs in the process of pitching. Overall, I would not recommend, and would try elsewhere.

room was not cleaned properly, dog hair all around the edges, strong smell of timber in the room. tree hanging over roof making noise all night and worst of all the HUGE lot of mould all over the couch and the wall. huge health problem. yuck. Was told several times management would call but weeks on nothing. Steer clear of this place.

We recently stayed at BIG4 Bendigo Park Lane caravan park for a family weekend. We were made up of 3 couples, 1 solo, 2 children & 3 dogs and stayed in various cabin types & own caravan. The cabins were all lovely and clean with the family cabin being quite spacious. The powered site that I was on needed some attention. During our stay, we celebrated Halloween. Even though the park was full, almost everyone else did too. It was awesome with how everyone joined in which made this such a memorable experience and a safe area for the kids to go 'trick or treating'. The amenities were amazing with no problems with hot water. There is a playground, playroom, pool, heated spa & karts so plenty to do within the park for most kids. Staff were helpful and friendly but minimal available at reception, e.g., fresh bread. Yes, I'd revisit this park and I'm sure that the rest of the family would too.
