Generally a nice hotel and a nice stay. The rooms look a little tired and maybe not as up to date as they could be technology-wise. It's comfortable though and certainly manageable. Public areas (breakfast area, exercise room and such) are nice.

Dear Dbaaronson, Thank you for your recent review of our hotel. We would like to let you know that our hotel will have a refresh in a few months. We are preparing the hotel for this refresh and ensure that it will not affect our guests who will be staying at that time. We hope you can visit us again and if there is anything we can do to make your stay better, please don't hesitate to reach out to any of our team members.

From the first step this hotel is awful. The reservation process is overly complex and I spent almost an hour on the phone and they still managed to mess it up. The check in process is bad - nobody was around and I waited for 20 minutes or so. The room keys did not work. The

One of the deciding factors with me in choosing a hotel is breakfast, that one less meal you have to budget for. When they say FULL HOT BREAKFAST they mean continental. No sausage, eggs, bacon, French toast or anything you would associate with Full or Hot. I wish I would’ve

Dear Adventurer686245, We apologize for not meeting your expectations with our breakfast offering. Our breakfast options were changed earlier this year wherein healthy foods are being served and we have a live cook for curated meals on certain days (e.g. pancake, cage free eggs, turkey bacon/sausages, etc.). As a result of your feedback, we will revisit this within the month and see how we can improve on our selections. Thank you for sharing your feedback and again, our sincerest apologies. The Elements staff is hard to beat. I stayed with them over a long period of time and they do all the right things. Remember your name, make you feel at home and take good care of your needs. When my work ended the area, they gave me a card from all of the staff that I

If we don't have a cell phone how do we contact the hotel? Is there a courtesy phone at the airport?
You may be able to ask the information desk for assistance. Make sure you have the number with you.

Is there a shuttle that takes people to the Texas Motor Speedway during race weekend?
No, our complimentary hotel shuttle is within our 5 mile radius. However, we could refer a reliable company for our guests.

Yes, our no show is past 12midnight. It would also help if our guest calls the hotel directly and inform us that it is a very late arrival.

The element has a very generous pet policy. Two dogs of any size per room for no additional fee. Cats are even allowed. There is some space around the hotel to walk your dog, and there is a beautiful park about 1 mile away called Grapevine Park in Coppell, the next town over. We all had rooms on the first floor as there is easy and quick access to the outdoors. The rooms are VERY spacious and comfortable for pets and their humans. Hope this helps!
