The room is very old comparing to the St. Regis I stayed before in China. It was also noisy for rooms on the 3rd floor till late night (after 11pm). The only valet parking option is also expensive and not convenient.

I've been in this hotel several times. Selected originally due to location, in the Galleria area, but far away enough not to be bothered by noise and traffic in the area. Service is excellent, mainly valet parking, bell boys and counter. Bed is extremely comfortable. Room is neat and comfortable, no noise at all from the outside. In room dining...

I was tossing up between staying at the Four Seasons and the St Regis. Both of them had fairly varied reviews so I was quite anxious when eventually deciding on the St Regis. I needn't have worried. It was beautiful and the service was top class. There was even a wedding on the weekend I stayed but I was still...

The St Regis is THE place for tea. Beautiful room, wonderful butler, harpist...My friends and I (4 of us) had a lovely time on a Friday afternoon recently. Tea is expensive but really a value if you consider the very generous menu, the service and ambiance. The experience would be difficult to duplicate. Jorge was a most attentive butler and...

Top notch everything at this Starwood property. What else can you ask for in a hotel....oh yeah a comfortable bed and clean rooms.....that was the case but the hallways weren't vacuumed which was the only complaint I had at this beautiful hotel..

This property is located in a very nice part of galleria area. Check in went smooth, Remi was excellent. The bell staff does a great job and the valet also does a very nice job. The suite we booked was very nice. The furnishings were as expected for a luxury hotel. Morning coffee was an excellent service. Furthermore, house keeping...

Your observations following your recent stay at The St. Regis Houston were very much appreciated and your compliments on the accoutrements of your suite. I was surprised about the comment regarding a Club Floor as St. Regis Hotels do not have a Club Floor, but the Astor Floors with butler service and all suites receive the Astor floor service amenities....

I love dealing with the St Regis Houston TX. I deal specifically with Vickie Bellinghausen, Senior Reservation Specialist, whenever I have to book overnight accomodations in the Houston, TX area. She has been nothing but spectacular in helping me book reservations for what some would term a difficult customer.

We knew that we recognized the hotel from "long ago" when living in Houston. The St. Regis was once a Ritz Carlton. The property is now a Starwood hotel, and it hasn't lost a step. Elegant rooms, a very good restaurant (at least for breakfast), and great service were a part of our stay. It didn't hurt that we were...

How nice to hear from a previous Houston resident who remembered the hotel from when they lived here. It was nice to hear that you found the Hotel had not skipped a beat and was still the luxury property you enjoyed. Thank you for appreciating our staff and the wonderful breakfast. Please plan on coming back again soon.
