The furnishings smell and need to be updated. The bed is not your normal Hampton fluffy bed. Its more of early 2000's bed that has never been changed. The walls are stained and the third floor smells like cigarette smoke.

Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was the usual, powdered eggs. Found roaches in my room. Talked to front desk person. two days later found another. The day I checked out (checked out early) my back began to itch. Found out it was bed bugs!!!

The stay was normal for the brand, however for the bathroom wall leaking during the shower made the stay awkward. The staff is great and the courtesy was top notch and respectable. I would recommend this location to others once the bathroom wall is repaired of the leak.

The location of this property was perfect for our needs, and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the property. Although it's a 1st generation property, the renovations and the cleanliness makes it on par with any of Hampton Inn's newer properties. The customer service from EVERYONE was world class.

Our room smelled bad, even the kids commented on it. The beds were not very comfortable - old and lumpy. The A/C unit was very loud. The bathroom appears to have been caulked numerous times, which just overall makes it not look clean. Neutrogena bath products was probably the best part of the stay! And the TV worked well. We...

Was in town for a college football game and stayed at this hotel Wednesday through Sunday. It's easy to find right off the interstate and very close to Six flags, AT&T Stadium and the Texas Rangers Ballpark. The King room had a couch, desk and table. Although an older hotel, the accommodations were excellent. All the service areas (front desk, room service, breakfast attendants) were up to par especially the front desk personnel. The breakfast food was very good and had variety of foods to enjoy. Very good coffee!

Very warm and friendly staff greeted us as we checked in. While hotel is older Hampton design with bath sink in corner which we don't like, room and halls are upgrade with new carpet. AC system was good and also quiet for a wall unit. elevators were good but slower than would like. Had a great breakfast. Shuttle to DFW...
