Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your stay. When traveling there is a lot of places that bed bugs can come from. I want to let you know that we have shut the room down for our pest control company to inspect the room and treat it. This is definitely not an experience that anyone wants to go through and I do apologize if the bed bugs did indeed come from our property. I also would like to apologize for the front desk not handling the situation with a little more care. If you could please respond to me with your contact information, I would like to send you a coupon to show you a better experience in the future. We took a Girl’s weekend trip to Granbury. We overslept and headed down to breakfast 5 minutes after closing. Rosa took excellent care of us and prepared breakfast for us. She was very sweet and courteous and made sure we left with happy and full tummies. Thank you!!

I hope oversleeping is a sign of how well your girls trip was going. :) I am glad to hear that Rosa was able to prepare breakfast for you. The worst thing is missing breakfast by only 5 minutes when your on vacation. It seems to happen to me every time I get a chance to travel.
