This RV park is on beautiful acreage. Great place to walk the dogs around (except for stickers in grass) I actually really enjoy the park itself.....that being said the staff is awful. Patrolling around with grimacing faces and act bothered by any little requests. If you want an ounce of customer service - not the place!!!

Well, we filled out paper at Camping world and got a call from Ocean Canyon Properties offering us a free 4 day 3 night trip to Tres Rios RV park and we would get some free gifts and a nice free stay only required that we take a 90min tour of the grounds. So we planned this for 4th of... More

We bought a RV and were given 25 free nights at this companies resorts. I had been camping at this location in the past and wanted to check it out since changing owners and being improved. The front desk check is quick and easy and a escort leads you to your cabin or RV spot. I liked this added attention... More

After purchasing our first RV, we headed to Glen Rose for a try out. We stopped at Tres Rios to hopefully find an RV spot with trees and by the river. I went into the office and spoke to the young girl at the desk. She informed me that since we weren't members we were "public" and could only park... More

My family of 4 received a free stay at an OCP resort when we bought a camper. Overall the park is nice - beautiful riverside scenery; mature pecans, oaks, & elms; pool; quiet & peaceful. It seemed better for older people rather than for families with young kids. The employees were friendly & helpful. We listened to the 90 minute... More

Small antiquated rooms- wouldn't have been that bad if they were clean. Had to wear shoes in room otherwise feet turned black from dirt. When we booked they said the room had a kitchenette. It had a desk with a dated microwave, coffee pot, and mini fridge. The only sink was in the bathroom. The "restaurant" is more of a... More

Rented a cabin. The air conditioner did not work. This is the nastiest place I have ever stayed. There is nobody available to help with any problems after check in. There are no vending machines should you need a water. Our biggest issue is no air and the nasty conditions. I mean nasty.

We have wondered how this RV park is for years and were drawn to it by its location at the convergence of three rivers. When we learned that attendance at a sales presentation was required unless we wanted to pay $50/night, we almost backed out of going, but we didn't want to disappoint our friends. The staff was friendly when... More

Tres Rios is a wonderful RV Resort. We feel safe letting the kids ride bikes all around or hang out in the kids rec room by themselves. It is gated and a code is needed to enter. Staff is super! We are so glad we became members.

We stayed at the front of the campground. Electric pedestal didn't work so we moved to another spot. Grassy spot, not level, tons of sandbur stickers. Went to use the showers one night, but the lights didn't work. You pay $50 per day to camp and you have to rent a fire pit for $5 per day if you want... More
