This was a horrible stay. We ended up checking out early with my wife and two kids. Rooms were available for upgrades and as a gold member they put us in a small room and the room was awful. They didn’t accommodate us.More

Stayed here one night pre-cruise using my Marriott points. Location is good along the seawall but it sits behind a Marriott Courtyard so there is no ocean view. But it is a quick drive to the cruise port parking lots and downtown Galveston.

We had a 3 night stay at the Hotel, the front desk staff "forgot" to mention the boiler system was having issues. No hot water for a 🚿.......this made for an upset wife. The room was comfortable. But in the future we won't be back....More
