The cabin exceeded our expectations, the breakfasts were terrific, and the hosts were warm & welcoming. Unfortunately, we may not be down in the area in the near future, but will surely recommend it to our family in the Austin area.

If you want to be out in the country near Fredricksburg (about 8 miles from town), this is the place. The room was small but the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. We had a little difficulty figuring out the HVAC controls but once we did it worked great. The breakfast was ok. Make note that they don't...

Last year (April/May) we took a three week trip to the US from Australia. During the trip we stayed at some amazing places which included a Penthouse Suite at the Bellagio in Vegas and 5 nights in New York. The reason for my belated review is that we have decided to travel to the US again this year and when...

My wife and I just returned from a fantastic getaway at the Tonkawaya Ranch B&B. We stayed in the Wrangler cabin and were so happy with our accommodations. Very well decorated, perfect space balancing a cabin feel with more than enough of the modern conveniences. Loved the porches for morning coffee and the fire for s'mores in the evening. We...

When our family wants to get away, there is only one place to go. Quiet, out of the way and plenty of wildlife to see. Sit on the porch, head over Main Street or catch a band in Luckenbach. All just minutes away. You will see tons of stars not tons of cars!

Had a recent stay (November) at Tonkawaya Ranch. Everything was great, We stayed in the wrangler cabin and couldn't have loved it more. Will definitely be back in the future. The wrangler is great because it has 2 decks, so if it is windy and raining (like it was for our stay), you just switch sides and enjoy the outdoors...

Very relaxing holiday in the Hill Country, wonderful, caring hosts, Joe and Becky. Great storytelling around the campfire at night!! warm delicious breakfasts in the morning, homemade, and hand delivered!! Great scenery, open fields, with deer and jackrabbits! You will not find a better place to stay, west of Austin. We will return. Paul and Nancy, Minnetonka, Minnesota
