I stay here every year for about three days. This year I had an exceptionally wonderful experience. When we checked in I told Adan that this was the first time we were without kids and so I asked or a room with a view. He was very kind as he also gave us complementary club access. I should add that...

The hotel itself was nice & clean. I was there for a convention so the hotel was booked full yet only 2 of the 4 elevators were working. On our first morning, for 20 plus minutes - every elevator that came to our floor was full... We eventually took the stairs. Also, our first nights stay we had called room...

Beautiful hotel in downtown Fort Worth. Excellent service. Was fortunate enough to be with my husband who is platinum elite status so we stayed on the 8th floor where all the snacks and breakfasts are served. There is cookie and candy out at all time. Also they have desserts available at night. Needless to say it's not the place to...

Note: At the time of writing, I have stayed 566 nights at Marriott properties (many of which are at Renaissance properties). I have nothing positive to stay about this hotel. This is, by far, the worst Renaissance property I have ever stayed at: 1. There is an extreme lack of customer service. The staff doesn't seem friendly, and wasn't even...

To arrive at this hotel? Valet is always awaiting for you with a friendly welcome. To check in is easy and no hassle. We stayed at club level and its loungecarea is so appealing & inviting. Their restaurant Vidalia? That breakfast buffet is amazing: great friendly staff, fresh food & great chef. Their rooms are spacious and we got a...

The hotel is average for the price, it needs to be updated. I could be happy with that if only the hotel accounting system didn't overcharge my credit care THREE times. BEWARE of being fleeced when staying at this hotel. Our check-out statement charged three days of parking in the hotel's own garage, though we had pulled our vehicle out...

A 4th of July stay at the Worthington Renaissance was a perfect place to celebrate. Spacious room, indoor pool/Jacuzzi, and other great amenities and perks. Our 3rd floor room view was perfect for the firework display. We sat in our cool room with the lights out eating bread pudding and drinking chocolate milk from room service while we "oooohed" and...

Great hotel and I have stayed here many times since 2004! The hotel is conveniently located and you can walk to area restaurants, etc. The hotel offers great rooms with views and is rather clean, but the interior is dated, the mattresses are like sleeping on a trampoline, the desk chairs are wore out and the furniture, carpet, bathrooms and...

The hotel itself is beautiful and upkeep is quite high. This low rating is due to extreme disappointment in the staff at this hotel. Over two interactions with the reservations department over the phone I could not believe how rude two staff members could be. Comments were said to me that actually left me speechless in terms of how rude...

I love this hotel as it is perfectly located for some of the best night life in Fort Worth. The hotel and staff are top notch. The hotel itself is quite old but the rooms have been updated. Located right off Sundance Square there are many dining and nightlife options. The rooms are spacious and the hotel offers dining and...
