I am just appalled at everything to do with this hotel. I stayed here for 9 days and it was a nightmare from day one! My travel desk had called in advance (as my company had initially arranged for this stay) and requested for the guest to be given a room away from the railway tracks. They were assured it...

Dear ZchewereZ: Thank you for your review on TripAdvisor. I am sorry for the experiences you had upon check in and through out your stay. This is not typical for our hotel and Marriott and please rest assured that I will address with the team. I am glad that we had the opportunity to speak with you today regarding the...

Room is ok but away from downtown. Have to pay $5.00 to park which is bizarre and a hassle. Have to come in and then return to car with a red paper to put on dashboard to keep from being towed. Workout room is very small with one running machine! I tried this hotel out but as a platinum member...

The room is roomy, but much appliances are outdated. The bathroom had problem of getting hot-water. I had to request the service to fix it, and it was done in prompt manner. The breakfast is as average as any other Residence Inn, still the most important thing is that it is situated near to-go Restaurants. In the meantime, I did...

Stayed here after a TCU basketball game so we could be responsible and check out Fort Worth's nightlife. Room was clean and well kept, very similar to Residence Inn's I've stayed at in the past. I slept on the pullout couch and didint even feel like I was ran over by the bus in the am! Not too shabby for...

You can't go wrong with this choice. Great area, lots of place nearby to eat, in the museum district with some great events. The hotel is warm and comfortable. The rooms, spacious and clean. Pros: good breakfast, good wifi, staff was great, ample parking Cons: near the railroad tracks, so if you are a light sleeper, you may hear the...

I spent a lot of time here 3 years ago and couldn't fault it so returned for 3 nights in December 16. The place has had a face lift to bring it up to modern Marriott standards which is nice. The buffet breakfast is decent and the free evening food and drinks Monday to Wednesday is a welcoming touch if...

Stayed at this hotel while visiting family for the holiday. Really clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable. Especially like the common areas, feels like a much larger hotel. The outdoor area has a fireplace and trees aside from the standard pool and sport court. The area has restaurants and shops within walking distance. Will definitely stay again!

Location was a major factor in opting to stay here. We were not disappointed. It is wonderfully close to lots of good things. Room was clean, nicely furnished, and included a most respectable breakfast. The exercise room is very limited. So don't be surprised if your plans for a run don't materialize as there is one treadmill. Our only 'gripe'...

Great location and reasonably updated rooms are the reason for two stars. But... Upon checking in, I asked about a room upgrade since we are Marriott Gold. I was told NO, the hotel is completely sold out. After pulling up the online availability which showed upgrades WERE available, I was told that the online content is wrong. "Really?" I asked,...
