We love classic hotels. This beauty was built in 1924. Huge kudos to Matt at the front desk who took excellent care of us during a crazy rush. We just rebooked for our return trip from vacation. Treat yourself like

Stayed for business. The common areas are impressive and immaculate. The hotel lobby bar is very nice and rather busy in the evenings. Did not try the restaurant. The room I had was very large. Had all needed amenities. No Fridge aside from minibar which you needed a separate key access to with separate deposit. The hotel is older and...

I grew up in Houston, Texas and the Warwick Hotel was the grand dame of hotels there. I visited but never stayed and always wanted to experience the grandeur. Because of a business meeting, I got the opportunity to stay two nights at the Warwick in Dallas which is also a grand historic hotel. The rooms are spacious and appealing....

A classic hotel with an elegant lobby, upscale cocktail/jazz lounge, and large well-appointed rooms. Well located. They initially put me in a room over the loading dock but swiftly moved me to another room on request. A downside: they don't have public guest (free) parking and the valet is too expensive. Overall very happy with the property.

I love this hotel. The rooms are very large and the views are great into the courtyard. I stayed 2 nights and didn't want to leave. I hosted a cocktail with friends at the Library Bar and the food was great. It's a very old-style wealthy bar atmosphere.

This hotel has a ton of character. I stay here every October for work and it's a great place to come back to after a busy day. The rooms are very spacious with comfortable bed. Bathrooms are large as well. The Library is a great place for a drink or just to relax. The valet parking is expensive ($27/day) for...

The historic landmark Melrose is a unique Texan charmer. My wife and I were looking for a romantic hotel and we found it with the Melrose. It has an old world atmosphere, a classic design and a great bar with entertainment. The staff was helpful, friendly and professional. If you are looking for a modern, cookie cutter hotel, this one...
