Upon arrival at the hotel, I found the parking facilities disappointing, particularly the underground area, which was dimly lit and felt unsafe due to its lack of visibility and potential for unexpected encounters. Improved lighting and signage are necessary to enhance safety in the underground parking. Moving to the lobby area, it appeared inviting and well-maintained. However, although there were two customer service representatives at the check-in counter, one was not actively assisting, resulting in delays for guests. Despite being a Silver Member, my request for a late checkout was uncertain. In our assigned room, 428, the bathroom was in dire need of renovation. Excessive condensation after showers made the floor slippery and hazardous. Although the exhaust fan was operational, its effectiveness was limited. While the rest of the room was satisfactory, updates would be appreciated. Additionally, despite needing the sofa sleeper for our children, there were no bed coverings or linens available. Despite assurances from the front desk, the requested linens and towels never arrived. The swimming pool experience was marred by excessive chlorine levels, causing discomfort and irritation to both adults and children. Inadequate ventilation exacerbated the issue, and there was a shortage of towels. The breakfast area was cramped, with a shortage of plates necessitating the use of disposable ones. The omelets station had long queues, hampering access for all guests. While the food was passable, it did not meet the standards of other Embassy Suites establishments. Additionally, insufficient staff led to uncleaned tables, impacting the dining experience. In the stairwell, inadequate lighting posed a safety risk, particularly on the descent to the 2nd floor, where lights were out of service. This represents a serious safety concern for guests, increasing the risk of accidents and potential security threats. Overall, my experience was subpar compared to other Embassy Suites I've visited. Given the hotel's location in the vibrant North Dallas area, I expected better. The relatively low room rate of $106 before taxes and fees seems reflective of the overall quality. I do not anticipate returning to this hotel in the future.

This Embassy Suites has been beautifully updated to its original condition. The hotel brought back wonderful memories of family 25 years ago. The staff was very courteous . The breakfast was mediocre. The cooked to order eggs were the best. They can handle a medium crowd but when they have a full crowd, things get messy with trash, spilled food on the buffet, drinks on the floor, etc. This Embassy Suites is located in what I call a pretty sketchy area . The Friday night crowd was questionable. We just stayed in our room and were very comfortable. I would still visit again if needed. The hotel itself deserves some great reviews for the rennovations. They just need to work on the crowds that come in and have more security.

Within 20 minutes of my arrival, I told my wife this property had to be one of the oldest Embassy Suites properties in all Hilton’s inventory. It is very aged and tired and likely beyond renovation capable pretty much needs to be razed. The surrounding area did not fit with where an Embassy Suites hotel should be and I was not taken back by the overall condition and experience of my stay having been a long time Hilton Honors member. One silver lining was that our room was clean and the bed was comfortable and check in was very easy. Hopefully Hilton does something different with this property soon because right, it does not live up to any Hilton standards or hat I am accustomed to.

This is the worst Hilton Brand Hotel I have ever stayed. The parking is a poorly lit under the bldg garage with open access to the hotel via an elevator with a broken key card reader. There was employee guarding the skimpy stale snacks at the evening reception. The heater made loud noises when running. Did I mention they want you fill out a form to display on your car's dashboard with your name and vehicle make and model. This place is masquerading as an Embassy Suites. Avoid At ALL COST!!!

Hotel needs. A total remodel. Just looked grimy and dim. Front desk staff very friendly and welcoming but from the carpet to the walks it was just dirty and the breakfast tasted like it had freezer burn. Very disappointing since I’ve stayed in other embassy suites and was very impressed. I brought my mom there expecting an enjoyable stay.👎🏽

We stayed at this hotel to attend a wedding in the building next door, and it was extremely convenient. I will also say that it was very clean and we didn’t run into any issues during our stay. That said, the rooms are badly in need of renovation (stained carpet, stained curtains, water damage in the bathroom, out of date furniture). Mainly, I don't recommend staying here mostly because the neighborhood is not safe. There were security guards at both the hotel and the wedding venue next door, and on one night we passed a group of cop cars at the gas station nearby and learned the next day (looking at the Dallas news) that there had been a shooting. If you’re attending a function at the building next door you would probably be fine, but I would never park a car here or stay as a single female traveler.

The hotel was neither great or terrible, it was in between. The neighborhood was sketchy and no noticeable security guards were seen. They were understaffed, only saw one person in the front to take care of people checking in. The underground parking is something you would expect to see in downtown NY. It was dark, empty with the exception of about 10 cars or so, and there was water leaking everywhere in the underground parking, leaving puddles everywhere. I am sure there's mold all over the hotel. Sign in the parking states "lock your car, hide your belongings, etc". I do not recommend females walking by themselves in the underground parking as people can hide behind the large support beams and attack them. People can easily access the underground parking elevators and go straight to any floor without anyone knowing. No hotel keys were needed to gain access to the elevators from the underground parking. The hotel room old and smell like cigarettes (my room was suppose to be a non-smoking room). I had requested for a room opposite the highway and was told there's no other rooms available. The hotel was almost empty except for a few family here and there and this hotel had 9 floors so I do not understand where the "there are no other rooms available opposite the freeway" came from. It seems the front desk person was too lazy to change the rooms or just did not care about customer service. My room was out of tissue and I called the front desk but nothing was done about it. I just let it slide since it was just a one night stay. I do not recommend this hotel at all and regret my decision to stay there. Good thing it was only for one night.

First I want to say the front desk staff is amazing and very friendly. The location was good for us and it was lower price than comparable hotels. It has the usual embassy suites breakfast; which is ok but not great. This is an older embassy suites, so it has older hotel issues. It has the older style TVs (not Netflix compatible). It needs some renovations and TLC. (Chipped paint, stained carpets/furniture, one elevator not working and another got stuck with people in it when we were there). Has underground parking: confusing, tight, dark, dirty, trash on the floor, cobwebs, puddles, pipe insulation hanging down, so it was a bit scary (could be a set for a horror movie?)
