Stayed at the hotel on a business trip. Had heard in the past great things about it. Lobby is cold, uninviting and without a heart. Mosquitos in the bar area of the lobby. The rooms are small, extremely tired and in need of heavy renovation. The Nobu restaurant is the saving grace of this hotel yet seems out of place...

I stayed at the Crescent Hotel in Dallas for a business trip last Wednesday to Friday. I checked out of the hotel Friday morning to catch my flight and realized when I was in the cab that I left my Rolex watch in my room. I immediately returned to the hotel, only being gone for about 20 minutes, and asked...

Wow. What a hotel. One secret gem that not many know is if you are a hotel guest, you get access to the private club "club 17" in the building next door. It has an AMAZING VIEW. This is where you bring your client-to-be to impress. Closes early but a very "exclusive" atmosphere. The meeting space at hotel is limited...

I very much enjoyed my stay here. The staff were all very professional and nice. I even ran into the housekeeping staff in the hallway and they were nice as well. I can't think of anything negative to say about this hotel. The king room was spacious and included a nice desk and another nice chair. There was also a...

We recently stayed at Crescent Hotel in Dallas, Texas. Our stay was wonderful. I would like to give a shout out to Denu Suleyman, a young man who was attending the fitness room. I have to say I was extremely impressed by his hard work and attentiveness to his job. This, as an observer, is so refreshing to see when...

Stayed one night at the Crescent Court. Was a bit leery based on some recent reviews but I personally found everything top notch. The desk was prompt and friendly, the room very clean and comfortable, and the food for the reception we had was excellent. Yes, the rooms could use some new carpet, but all in all this was a...

Showing us southern hospitality. It is an excellent choice. Shopping right next door in a wonderful complex. The hotel has a spa and gym. Restaurants...

This is a luxury hotel in a great location. Plenty to do around the area. The concierge staff was amazing and the rooms were comfortable. The spa was nice but small. Had a great massage and facial. The only issue that I had was the small bar in the lobby was not staffed properly. They only had one person and...

Luxury hotel. Walking distance to Whole Foods, and many fine dining restaurants. Nobu located within the hotel. Not inexpensive. Not a jeans place, and most people dressed business casual. A Quiet, pretty place place to celebrate a special occasion.

we stayed here October 8th, it was a very beautiful evening when we pulled in. The Valet folks were rude asking us to move our car. I guess since we weren't driving a Mercedes or other high end car they felt we should park elsewhere. we checked in and they appeared friendly at the counter. we went out for dinner...
